The food was fresh and the service good. The Laotion chicken mince (larb kai) was very tasty as was the chilli basil chicken. A good place to eat for families.

This is normally one of my FAVOURITE places to eat. I live in Dickson and I go here regularly. I called up just now to book for tonight (its a Thursday) I asked to book 2 people for 6pm. The girl on the phone asked me if we could be done by 7pm, I said uhhh probably not, as I... More

This is a quick, easy and inexpensive option for diners in Canberra. Dickson Noodle House has always set the bar for laksa, and I recently ventured out into some other dishes including the duck rice which was amazing. Entrees are always yummy too. Don't expect too much from the decor, ambience or service... it's pretty basic... but will always be... More

This is a very popular restaurant because it serves good food at reasonable prices and does it pleasantly and reasonably quickly. I have been there many times with friends and family. It can be quite noisy because it is so popular and I would recommend booking ahead to be sure of a table. Great laksa and ginger chicken (I ask... More

Consistently produces the best laksa in Canberra. Their other dishes are fine too, but I can never go past the prawn laksa. They also do half serves which are just the right size for lunch.

I had a high expectation after trying out the laksa at its Belconnen branch.but the combination laksa was not meeting up to it. The food tasted like leftover, meat over cooked and dry. The soup was tasty but flavour seems to have been diluted to meet the high demand.

We enjoyed a family meal here with one of the locals. It was pretty good, I had combination laksa, which was okay not the best I have eaten, it wasn't too hot, so that suited me. All said the fried rice was great and a meal in itself. It was quite noisy and I think you would need to book... More
