Come here for a $15 lunch that more than satisfies. A glass of wine, bread and a choice of pasta, pizza or rissotto. The staff are friendly and efficient at this busy restaurant in Kingston. Suggest booking particularly towards the end of the week.

We decided to eat at this restaurant due the quietness and reasonable lunch special prices. We were promptly seated however the waiter missed pouring water in one of the glasses and wet the table. We were not given the option to move to another table. With a choice of red or white wine as part of the specials, I chose... More

Love this restaurant. Dine there every few months. The food is superb and you never leave there feeling hungry. Perhaps the only downside is that it is so popular and busy that the tables are squashed in and it is very noisy when full of chattering diners. It wouldn't stop me from going back though as the food is so... More

This popular suburban restaurant in Swinger Hill seems to be full of diners both weekdays and weekends. It's not hard to see why. The food is tasty, well priced at about $20-$30 per main and BYO corkage is $5.50 per bottle. Staff are relaxed and friendly and happy to help in any way they can. The pasta dishes looked delicious... More

Our group of friends returned here for dinner recently. The lamb shanks from the blackboard menu were tender and dropped off the bone. Enjoyed the sauce and mash to go with it. We found it very noisy this time so ate and escaped to a quieter venue for coffee and cake.

Came to santa Lucia for the second time for dinner. This place is great. Quality and fresh ingredients are used in their cooking. Very home made Italian style. Had pizza as an entree - it was superb. The sausages tasted like they were homemade. Ordered the homemade gnocchi. It was so silky and it melted in my mouth. My patters... More

Have been to this restaurant before and has been good. Not tonight, We ordered lasagne and the veal in the pasta. The veal was tough, I am sure the pasta spirals were from a packet. The lasagne was terrible. The garlic bread was burnt and dry. I ordered tea which did not come. So we just paid our bill and... More

This was our first visit to Santa Lucia restaurant and we were not disappointed. While we have had better spaghetti marinara in Adelaide and Wollongong, this was still very good for somewhere 200 Kim's from the sea. Our other friends also enjoyed their risotto and steak. We are looking forward to returning in the future as the table service was... More

We have visited Santa Lucia many times and generally have found food and service to be very good. The special lunch menu though is particularly good value. $13.90 gets you bread, a glass of house wine and a selection from a lunch menu which includes pasta, pizza of the day, risottos and salads. Can't be beaten for the price!

After reading a few reviews and never really found a good Italian restaurant thought we would go for lunch Food was good, price was reasonable, we all had lunch specials and although it didn't seem like a lot when it was placed in front of us, we were full when we left Talk on the way home was, we should...
