I have dined at Morks on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed! The food is modern and delicious, a treat for the eyes and the stomach! Great service, great selection of wine and absolutely lovely staff! Must try the duck red curry and Homer Simpson desert!!! If you're up for a treat, the degustation menu is sensational... More

After reading the reviews decided Morks would ideal for our wedding anniversary dinner. The night was freezing and Morks warm and inviting. It was about half full when we arrived and were quickly seated. Knowing about the anniversary we were treated to some sparkling wine as we perused the menu. The entrees and mains provided a wide and interesting selection.... More

Unfortunately it was not the restaurant for me. The mains and entrees seem to have huge amounts of chilli in them. You really don't have a choice on picking a meal that didn't have it in it. The meals are small and the drinks menu was hard to read. Also the signage was not clear so it made the restaurant... More

We decided to let our waiter order for us, which he did with great enthusiasm and chose perfectly! The service is great, the location is lovely and the food is perfect. Such fantastic flavours, fresh and exiting food.

Really innovative Thai style food made from freshest ingredients, not too hot, in fact I asked for some chilli sambal on the side. Located on the new Kingston foreshore, hard to park, need to book.

visited Morks not long after they moved from Florey over to the Kingston foreshore, and still one of the best restaurants in canberra. their menu is inventive and interesting, dishes can easily be shared or eaten individually, and staff are attentive and friendly. only downside to the new venue is that it can be a bit loud inside (the night... At the time of our visit the dinner reservation times were either 6:30 or 8:00pm - we opted for the earlier timeslot. We ordered an array of dishes (for 5 of us) being a combination of entrée and main dishes and asked for all to be served at the same time - which was no problem to the staff member... More

A cold, well freezing, Canberra night was made much better by the food and the warm welcome received at Morks. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was yum. I particularly liked the entrees which were inventive with a bit of a kick. The massaman curry was the favourite of the bigger meals. Finished off by sharing the Homer Simpson dessert... More

A romantic dinner at the new location for Morks in Kingston. Quick and friendly service, excellent food and great wine list. I can highly recommend the sea scallops with pigs ear terrine, pork bun, duck red curry, pork belly and Helms Half Dry Riesling. Reasonably priced too!

I do not enjoy very spicey foods but Morks is an exception. The food is naturally very tasty and rather mild curries that do not make one reach for a jug of water. Visiting with a large group of work colleagues meant that the kitchen had to work hard to serve 40 people but the entrees and main courses were... More
