I love this cuisine - it's called East Mediterranean, but it felt a bit Middle Eastern to me. Absolutely fantastic for sharing and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It is a long time since we have experienced such outstanding service and to top it all the food was sublime. We got lost on our way to the restaurant and the staff came out on to the pavement to look out for us. Wow! From then on the service was faultless - perfect attention to our table and outstanding... On a weekend trip down to Canberra, we were lucky enough to get a table on a Saturday night as a walk in due to a well timed cancellation. We were very impressed with the menu, food and the service and really sorry it's not closer to home to visit more often. One thing that impressed me it was it... More

This restaurant provided us with a very enjoyable and relaxing evening. The menu provided choices between Greek, Moroccan and Lebanese food. Between the four of us we had lamb, beef and chicken dishes for our mains (not expensive) and as we shared we were all very impressed with the quality. The wine list is well-balanced, the average cost about $40... More

Hadn't eaten here for years but will again soon. Food is superb. I had a barramundi fillet baked in a tahini sauce with almonds. Served with rice and salad. Wine by the glass was good quality and not too expensive. Service was very good. Convenient location next to the cinema

We visited Saffron in Kingston twice in late July. Simply great food. Menu choice was good, service was wonderful. Our waiter Shiraz was happy, polite & efficient. Plenty of people in the restaurant both times. Easily the best food and service during our five nights in Canberra.

On a trip to canberra for our 10 year anniversary, they were very welcoming and food was really good. We had the banquet for 2 and an additional dish. Food was good and service was very friendly & efficient didn't have to wait too long for the meals. Thank you for a nice evening

Sunday evening without a booking and although the resturant was quiet busy staff arranged a table to accomodate us. We were turned away from another resturant so appreciated the effort from the very friendly staff. Meals arrived in good time and left us feeling satisfied. A cosy resturant for a chilly canberra night. Would def. eat here again.
