Delicious lobster

The place is very basic (plastic table and chairs) but its placed in a gorgeous beach! They have lobster from the island cocked in different seasonings (butter, spicy, honey, pineapple and grilled) at an affordable price (around 90 BRL for 2 people very well served). I had the honey lobster... read more

If your at Boipeba it's definitely worth the walk to Guidos! Delicious lobster. The lobster with garlic butter was the best then spent the rest of the afternoon drinking caipirinha's. Their wee coconut chocolate truffles were lovely too! Def worth a lunch trip here!

We did took the lobster, maybe that was the fault but the meat we ordered was not really special. The prices seem a bit high to me, the service was okay.

We thought Guido's was a very fun place, right on the beach. Menu quite varied, prices normal for Boipeba. The grilled lobster was the best!

If you travel to Ilha de Boipeba, don't leave without walking along the beach to Guido's - a simple barraca on Praia de Cueria. After a swim in the warm water, sit under an umbrella at Guido's with an ice cold beer and order the house specialty - lobster with pineapple. It is out of this world. One of the... More

We stopped by at Guido's for lunch during a beachwalk and it was great. The food was so good! We had lobster in butter sauce, grilled lobstel and octopus salad. It was so delicious! When you're on Boipeba it's really a must to stop by and enjoy Guido's famous food.

While staying at Pousada Horizonte Azul in Boipeba, we took a walk down the beach, through the forest, then back out to the beach where we discovered Guido's just as it started to rain! All the locals were settling in under the palapa and graciously made room for the four of us to get in out of the rain. Even... More

Great setting right on the beach and we had a 10ft snake in tree above us! Luckily it had eaten well a day or two before and was asleep. They were out of a few things on the menu and the lobster was a good size portion but likely from frozen. We should have gone for the fresh ones grilled... More
