Visited here on viva espanas own deal of bread and alioli, choice of 6 tapas and a glass of wine each for two 27 quid. We had to wait a while between servings as it was very busy as it has been so many times before but it was worth the wait. Tuna salad, calamaris, lamb casserole, tiger prawns (the... More

Visited this local restaurant and had the 'early bird deal' which is any three dishes. I chose 3 and my wife chose a different 3 and, of course, we shared. I could not find a fault with the quality or quantity of the food but I would have been happier with a little more room on the table, will sit... More

We had the Amazon deal for 4 persons and were pleased with the quality of the food and level of service. We visited early evening, last tuesday and the restaurant was quieter than our previous visit which was on a Friday. The drinks were pricey but the atmosphere was very good. we will return.

The tapas portions are huge and always delicious. We love the alioli! Eat with an open mind and don't go there hoping for pie and chips.

I've been a couple of times. First was lovely though person who was the manager seemed to do very little but faff about. Second we took the family. There was again the person I assume yo be the owner and a lovely young girl who seemed to be doing all the work. Food was dreadful. Ribs would have been more... More

I visited Thursday 17th July with a Groupon voucher, having done the same 18 months ago and really enjoying it. The waiter was friendly, sat us straight down and when bringing the food out, pushed another table so we weren't stuck for room with all of the dishes we had ordered. 5 of the 6 dishes were lovely (highly recommend... My wife & I visited Viva Espana for the first time, the restaurant was cosy, staff were efficient & friendly, food was good, plenty of it & served quickly. The only disappointment was the cost of drinks, £4.55 for a pint of larger & over £2 for a bottle of Tonic Water which I personally think is taking the micky.... More

We were told Viva Espana was good and there was a deal on Groupon - £19 for six tapas, so we booked it. The table was cosy, the place was packed and the woman waiting on tables was really friendly and good at her job. The problem was the man doing Front of House, he was surly and would have... More

Excellent service by a very well mannered waiter, he even offered to rearrange the set up of our table to accommodate our new born daughter with an extra chair for her car seat. The drinks order was promptly taken and drinks arrived within minutes. The food was delicious and we ordered off the early bird menu which is excellent value... More
