I ate at the new Bistro three Sundays in a row. Most memorable is Peaches and Cream pie for dessert and the thyme-flavoured onion & cheese soup. They produce several wines on the property ("Highlands") but arcane liquor rules mean they can pour but you must bring it to the table, and you cannot order beer since they don't make... More

Four of us had lunch in the new bistro area one recent Sunday and we had a great meal and very entertaining time. Chelsea is a real asset to the restaurant. After lunch she took us on an impromptu tour of the farm, offered us a wine tasting and gave us loads of information regarding organizing functions there, wine tastings,... More

Frequent stop for locals, car clubs, etc. Always busy, but well worth the visit. Great place for kids.

Great food in an interesting environment. You can choose to eat inside the bakery/cafe at a table, inside a converted bus (complete with driver), or outside at various picnic settings. Perfect place to take kids on a sunny day. The baked goods are exceptional. This place is nearly always busy. Cyclists seem to stop frequently. Highly recommended for morning coffee... More

Good fresh local food and lovely patio area in the summer. They often have soft unobtrusive music too. We shall return this summer.

A local favorite for sure. Excellent food, lots of choices, healthy or sweet treats. Staff are friendly and the farm setting with chickens wandering around is fun. And, if you want to eat indoors, you can sit in the bus!! Very cute.

Love this bakery. Terrific pastries and delicious coffee. I love the chocolate chip walnut cookies and also the chocolate almod croissant. Some items do sell out so best to come reasonably early.

Have only been once and will not return, the food was not very good. I Had the Ploughmans Platter whcih had lumps of burnt homemade bread, and my friend had the portobello mushroom over rice and it was very bland and under seasoned on a pile of bland white rice, The service was excellent and so was the location, but... This bustling little spot doesn't have room to spare or much of a view in my opinion, but makes up with a solid line of baked goods. Had a sit down meal of a tuna sandwich which was generously proportioned with fish and served between two beautiful slices of thick cheese bread. Mushroom soup was fine, but was most delighted...
