Candles on the table, live music ( but not so loud you cannot talk) , great food, friendly waiters, lively atmosphere.... this restaurant was great and so we went twice...My husband loved his calzones, I was crazy about the chicken in white wine sauce, and we all went nuts about a vegetarian pizza. One friend had the filet mignon..and said... More

We didn't stay in El Panchan but we did drive in from town to have dinner (and a lunch) at Don's. The food wasn't the best we had on our travels, but the atmosphere made up for it. There was a live band and it was nice to see the locals dancing it up! DM's makes for a good night... More

We ate several times at Don Mucho's, as there was nothing else in the area. It has good Mexican-Italian food for a reasonable price, live music and the ambience is great. It’s really a hotspot for backpackers and locals. We always give a tip when the service is appropriate. However, at Don Mucho’s, a 10% tip is included by default.... More

Best italian food in area. Nice feel, a little pricey. Speghetti was good. Drinks a little high. Not much else in area

After a long morning walking around the ruins of Palenque, a cold beer and delicious meal at Don Mucho is what everyone needs. The kids loved the pizzas, we loved the atmosphere, cold Beers and tacos. A must visit for anyone visiting the ruins.

I had a couple of grilled fillet's of carp that were absolutely excellent. My friend had a wonderful combination dinner that had a nice bowl of cream of potato soup, fresh carp, salad, veggies and instead if rice he had potato fries.....it also came with great garlic bread. The location is right outside the Palenque National Park and there was... More

We read the reviews and tried it out. Fun spot with candlelight and hippy feel to it but located down a long dirt road near the ruins. Not great acess in the dark and rainy season. Pizza was just ok for the price and beer was snunked. Good service but it was early.

Excellent bar and restaurant. Wear mosquito repellent (you will be eaten alive). The live music and the pizza is excellent.

There is only 2 restaurants in El campeche ,this is the biggest. It's not cheap but you get good portion sizes. There is also good entertainment each evening.
