Popped In for coffee, and liked the place so much we stayed for soup, super local pub with a friendly welcome. Many local arts and crafts for sale and cosy seating with a fabulous menu, we'll be back!

We were welcomed and the food was good. Immediately after our dessert, we were asked to vacate our seats because other booked in customers were threatening to walk out if they were not seated immediately. We had no chance to have coffee and this left a bad taste.i shall think twice before I go there again.

This is one of our favourite local pubs, been coming for years and it is timeless, fabulous views from garden and charming interior. Good for walking and dogs.

We were recommended this place so on a trip back from Southampton to Surrey popped in here on a wednesday lunchtime. Place was very busy inside but we were served quickly with a lovely pint of Bowmans straight from the barrel and a warming mulled wine. our main courses of braised lamd, steak & kidney pie and cottsage pie all... Seven of us met up at the Three Horseshoes for an annual reunion, having been a couple of times previously. The food was tasty and served promptly, but the harsh wooden benches made for an uncomfortable lunch. I suggest take a cushion if you plan on a long meal.

Fabulous setting, brilliant beer, fantastic food. The owner Sue, with Di and Sarah are all friendly and helpful, prepared to tweak the menu if required ( I am diabetic). All the dishes I have tried, and that is most of them are well cooked, served without much waiting, and in generous portions. In clement weather the gardens are beautiful with... More

Having enjoyed a lovely walk from the pub into the unspoiled countryside around Harting Down we returned to find the place bustling with walkers and families. Some, even in late October, were sitting in the spacious and very well kept garden enjoying the fabulous views across to the Downs. Inside the atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, this is a pub... We visited this pub last Friday, 16/10/2015. Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The veggie option was no longer available but they still served me the most yummy warm salad with avocado. Really great taste because of good flavour combinations. My partner was also very pleased with his choice. The pub itself is extremely cosy, well worth the 40... More

Today we were back here for a meal for the first time in a while and I remember why I like it so much. The food is sourced and prepared with a care that you rarely find - and best of all it is a real pub, run from behind the (very rustic) bar with none of the pretension that... More
