Great place to stop. Depending on the day of the week it can either be rammed with bikes or it can be fairly quiet. Friendly staff and good food. Only downside for such a busy place is that the toilets are well due an upgrade

I have been to Seaways several times over the years. The cafe is a great meeting place for Bikers, with the North York Moors, Yorkshire Wolds, Yorkshire Dales and Lincolnshire Wolds all within striking distance and host to some of the best biking roads on its doorstep. The food is good value and the home made cakes are a treat.... More

Seaways is an icon for bikers in East Yorkshire, especially when the sun shines. (365 days a year in Yorkshire). Service is fast & very friendly. Bacon sarnies are a must have! As it's a sunny Sunday I think I'll go there now.

We always call at Seaways Cafe in Fridaythorpe on our way to the East Coast or when we visit Sledmere House. The Cafe welcomes all, bikers, cyclists, holidaymakers, lorry drivers, walkers and many more. It is in the highest village on the Yorkshire Wolds, with spectacular views over to the east coast. We notice that there are lots of bikers... More
