Out of time in a place where the traditions remain the same from the centuries. Exellent for a "Mistic Diner" or for a important Meeting. Menu not large but good for any occasion and people. Amazing Location, Price normal depending to Drink.

Our cousins from Portogruaro chose this restaurant for us to savour the local cuisine and we were not disappointed. It took us almost an hour to get there but it was well worth it. It is one of Paradiso's best kept secrets. Our fine dining experience began with a tour of the family-run restaurant and surrounding garden. Once seated in... More

Our Friulani friends took us here in late September 2013 during mushroom season. The evening's special menu featured mushrooms in every course (except dessert!) Such an amazing range of tastes and textures, paired with local wines to enhance the experience. The dining room is in a beautifully restored barn that is spacious and cozy at the same time. The owners... More

We had the pleasure to visit two times during the summer of 2012 and experience their exceptional food combined with the warm reception in this family run trattoria. This restaurant was clearly the highlight during our trip in Venezia-Friulia and is worth the extra miles when in the region.

In the refined and typical atmosphere of Friuli, your senses will enjoy the friendly care of the caretakers of this hidden paradise in the “Bassa Friulana”. Definitely recommended to all lovers of good food to spend a few hours in the company of whole genuineness of most delicious dishes and wines. Anytime I visit Friuli, that’s the place I can... More

I'm an American living in Friuli, and I've been lucky enough to have enjoyed Trattoria Paradiso many times over several years during varying seasons. Whenever I have a milestone to celebrate, this is where I go. When my Friulano husband and I started dating, this is where he took me to help me understand the beauty of his region. When... More

I stumbled upon this restaurant many years ago, on the recommendation of trusted friends who share my affection for the unfussy brilliance of this region's cuisine. At first visit, we fell in love with the incredible gift Annamaria, her husband Aurelio and their daughter Federica seemed to have in lifting relatively ordinary ingredients - fresh pasta, game, grilled meats, polenta-... I and my parents found this place through tripadvisor, and went from Trieste to give it a try. This was truly wonderful place. High quality dish with very reasonable price, and the service was perfect. Everyone was so friendly, we felt like we were at home. Also, the garden and decoration was so pretty! Just go and try!!

A very nice place and a very local and good atmosphere where you really feel like home. The menu was at a high level for this kind of kitchen, unusual, very harmonic and tasty. So were the wines, even the house-wines were splendid. A great place to enjoy, and worth to travel for..
