The chocolate cake is moist and yummy. The breakfast was flavorful but a little skimpy for the price. I would go back again.

I loved this place. The latte's were wonderful and to watch them made was very cool. The breakfast was really good. We would just take slices of quiche and a couple of sweets with our coffee's and head out for a hike. Perfect Place.

I was sure I would like the bread. Somehow the name made me think I would like it. But my husband and daughter and I bought several pastries and a loaf of bread and sat outside. The service was excellent, but the sourdough wasn't every sour… Maybe my expectations are too high.

We had raspberry strudel and coffee for breakfast here one morning, then returned for dinner (heirloom tomato pizza). Both delicious. Here (as most places in Big Sur), things were slightly overpriced. I've read that service can be a bit frosty and we did experience a touch of that when we visited for breakfast, but not for dinner.

Stopped here for dinner after a long day of hiking Julia Pfieffer Burns State Park. A little pricey, but in my opinion worth it. The pizza was delicious - some of the best I've ever had. It was unlike any other pizza…very unique and fresh.

The food is wonderful - best hummus I've ever had. The staff is friendly and warm - despite being incredibly busy. The atmosphere is warm and convivial - it's the perfect place for a break from driving through the world's most beautiful scenery.

Overall one of the best bakeries I have ever been to. Everything I tasted was just beyond delicious. The almond croissant was superb, and so was the chocolate croissant. I wish I had had time to stay for a full meal, but we just stopped on our way up to San Francisco. The outdoor seating is great along with the... More

I love this place. The food is great. The service is great. Most of all, everyone who works there is wonderful, friendly (not forced), relaxed and smiling. I will come to big sur just for this place. It is a must.

A great little bakery for morning coffee and baked goods in Big Sur. You can eat the goodies there or take them with you. A great and easy way to start your day on the California coast.

Delicious heirloom tomato thin crust pizza with a veggie side of fennel confit with string beans and carrots. They have wonderful sourdough type grain bread that is yummy with or without butter.
