Stopped in here to have brunch and was blown away by the view. So much so that we ended up visiting their restaurant (Nepenthe) on another night. Although service at the cafe was sub-par, the food and view more than made up for it. Espresso was also really good which was a nice surprise.

We did a Hwy 1 road trip. And this place is a wonderful stop off! We decided on the Cafe Kevah below Nepenthe because it had better prices on the food. But the funny thing is, it turned out feeling better to us. We went upstairs to walk around Nepenthe when we were done and even though it's higher the... More

Came for Sunday breakfast. Incredible views. Incomparable. The food is very good. Service, well, I think they make the orders one at a time, so not the quickest. But it's all about the views.

My partner and I stopped here on the recommendation of one of the local forest rangers we met. The view was stunning, even with a bit of fog obscuring some of it. The food, we both had breakfast burritos, was very good, though it was, for breakfast type food, a bit expensive. The coffee was not the best we have... More

Arrived around 10:30 ..the cafe was not very busy so decided to have a coffee and a sweet and enjoy the view and the day. Very pleasant wait staff with good advice on the area. Nice selection of lunch and bakery type foods..wine. Would return here. Very nice gift shop with quality items if looking for upscale souvenirs. Did not... More

Nice restaurant. Good food in an excellent location. We had the sandwiches which were pretty well made and filling. The view was excellent. I guess you pay for both the food as well as the view since most of the menu items were over priced. Overall the view and the tasty food made up for the prices. Definitely a good... More

The views are spectacular. We thought the food was good - not gourmet or special, but decent breakfast fare. Everything is outdoors, so if it is cold, you need to bundle up, but we were there on a 50ish degree day and it was pleasant in the sun. Nepenthe/Kevah is a must stop for the views alone and breakfast (or... More

Don't order any food here, it really is not worth it. Maybe stick with a hot cocoa and just enjoy the gorgeous views!

This was a great stop for lunch, a great beverage selection and the sandwiches we ordered were excellent. Clearly the Chef loves what he does and takes it seriously. The potato salad was some of the best I've ever had. The view was awesome. We stopped downstairs at the shop on our way out and lost sense of time for... More
