My wife and I stopped in here for a couple of chicken burritos on our way driving down the coast. The man who made the burritos and the woman at the register were so nice. These were the best burritos we ever had, no question. These burritos were 10 times better, and a fraction of the price than our dinner... More

They cleared the low bar - we asked for a fresh version of a sandwich in the display, and they told us the sandwich we were looking at was fine - that it had been freshly made 8 hours ago. That kind of sums up the food deal for you! Good selection of sodas, waters and beers- or emergency items... More

Cooked in house--just like Thanksgiving leftovers! A wonderful sandwich, large enough to share. Good bread selection. Made to order and packed to take to the park for a picnic. No seating that I saw--go to a park!

November through February is the best time to see the sun rise and fall in Big Sur and there is almost no better way to watch the sun go down then to grab a deli sandwich, some chips and salsa, and watch the day end. Big Sur Deli does a great job of making it fresh and sending you on... More

Sandwich was great and at the normal prices for the area (Big Sur is quaint but does carry a higher price tag) We thought it was great that you can walk back behind the market/deli and eat your sandwich in peace with trees..many of the bar customers are back there enjoying the shade, as well. I'd go here again

This is the only stop you need when exploring Big Sur for the day or for a week. :) The Deli has everything - sandwiches, burritos, chicken wings, great coffee selection along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It is really more than just a deli - a sundry shop of Big Sur souvenirs, post cards, first aid items, suntan lotion....... More

We came in to buy take out but were falling over laughing at the hilarious products stocked in the shop (Irish accent chewing gum anyone?). Someone has a great sense of humour. We also loved the food we bought - very tasty take out (samosas and Chinese chicken) which we ate on our deck at the Ventana. Delicious and good... More

My wife & I stopped here on our drive down the coast and were both really looking forward to it - she got a tray of spaghetti and meatballs for almost $10, and I got a coffee and a big burrito for about $15. The coffee was stone cold before I even took it to the counter, although the checkout... More
