This place is also off grid, but there is a satellite dish in the lobby so you can get reception. The luxury yurts sleep 2, the restaurant serves some of the healthiest and most delicious food in the area, and it does not get more peaceful than this. A short 4 hours from L.A.

Best spicy tuna roll I've ever eaten! Everything was fresh and delicious and beautifully prepared. Limited seating so come early.

Had chicken and salmon, with beet salad and flat bread for appetizer. Everything was delicious and we appreciated that much of it was grown in their own organic farm.

Cozy small Suhi place (about 8 seats at the bar) - come early, it's first come, first serve! Sushi cook Sarah was just great and her creations were even more so - thanks a lot for a great evening. Really fresh produce and traditional as well as innovative sushi dishes make a perfect sushi dinner here. Japanese and local beers... More

A group of friends and I hit up Treebones last fall, having a "Yurt Glamping" adventure. One of the draws was the sushi restaurant. We ate sushi on the second night, sitting on the porch/balcony and were treated to the most amazing sunset I've ever seen. Just outstanding! I must say, however, that although the service was good, the food... More

Stayed for 2 nights at campsights 1 & 2 over Mother's Day weekend. Amazing view & awesome service from check-in, golf cart to bring our camping gear from our car to our camping site, to checkout. The restrooms/showers/hot tub were all fantastic as well. The food at the restaurant is good but pretty expensive. Staying at a campsite at $100/night,... More

The chef was great, really friendly. You get very personal service and the food is delicious and tasty. If you would like something customised, they do their best to accommodate you.

Organic salad picked from the garden, accompanied by vegetarian cranberry and goat cheese pizza, a succulent filet for the carnivore, a gorgeous house wine. Service top level Californian, just a perfect evening.

Best Filet Mignon I have ever had! Giant, tender, flavorful, just delicious! And the staff were wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner!

We stayed in this yurt inn hung on the cliffs above the ocean an hour south of Big Sur. The restaurant is warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. There are many vegetarian/vegen dishes and the inn boasts its own large organic garden onsite that welcomes you to wander its rows and lanes. What was most memorable was the... More
