Amazing Birthday Dinner

John Gray's was recommended by friends of ours and I am so very glad we listened to them. I had emailed Dora to make a reservation prior to our trip and she specifically asked about who and what we were celebrating, so the attention to detail was apparent from the start. We arrived at 7 and... read more

Duck entree was superb and mac/cheese excellent. Restaurant is nicely decorated, clean with nice open kitchen. Credit card machine did not work but owner was very accommodating. Definitely will try again.

Very nice food, atmosphere and service. Delicious and interesting flavors. Not the typical food found everywhere else. More expensive of course but not nearly what we'd pay for the same meal at home (Durham, NC).

My family has timeshare at the Grand Residences and this was our 2nd year staying at the resort. Last year we ate at some amazing places in the square, but this year we tried John Gray's and it was by far the best food we've experienced so far in Puerto Morelos. It's a quaint little place, just off of the... More

Famous Chef prepared food was outstanding, try the grilled aspargus for a unique treat. Many wonderful choices for food and drinks for a memorable evening.

We had a great duck dish here for our anniversary dinner, as well as a really good mojito. Nice lighting and atmosphere for dinner as well as A/C.

We had he BEST service at John Gray's! My husband had the pork and I had mac and cheese because my stomach had been a bit upset with me due to the Mexican dinner the night before (which was delicious, just tough on this American tummy!). I not only was able to eat the macaroni and cheese, it was some... More

My husband and I came here for our 33rd anniversary. The restaurant is on the smallish side, but very comfortable. The margaritas were just ok. I ordered the duck with sweet potatoes and green beans. My hubbie ordered the fresh fish, mashed potatoes and asparagus. We also ordered a side of roasted red pepper cauliflower, which we really loved. Our... More

We've been to John's Ray's numerous times. Always great food and terrific service! Great ambiance, with the choice to be seated indoors, or in the courtyard outside.

I didn't get the full experience as I only waited to receive the food to go. I had a steak, which was rare. Food was delicious, but I didn't get to choose how I wanted my steak. Must be a one time mistake, but upper class and good food. Overall good experience.
