Many other outstanding restaurants in the area for better for at less cost. We tried it once and then realized the less touristy restaurants were better.

It has a local flare, where they mainly fry fresh fish and shrimp, its good and right on the pier. I didn't like the little mexican and american flags they put in the drinks if you look like a tourist.

I just didn't stand out as a great meal. It was a little pricey for what you got. Good service though

The location is nice right on the beach. Hubby had a hamburger he liked it, I had chicken fajita and it was tasty. Large portions. Decent value. Attentive service

Overlooks the beach in "downtown" Puerto Mourelos. We had a nice lunch there with typical Mexican fare. Strolling musicians walking around.

Food was good. Service was a bit slow but perfect for this small town. Waiter was very patient with our limited Spanish.

I don't know how this restaurant has good reviews. The food was horrible! My dinner came with cold rice and cold frozen vegetables. Everything we ordered was mediocre at best.

Pelicano's is located in downtown Puerto Morelos, a small fishing village about 40 minutes south of Cancun. Our family of 8 ordered a variety of dishes for lunch. Some of our favorites are the mixed seafood ceviche and the catch of the day (grouper) with garlic butter sauce. Chips with pico de gallo comes with our meal. There are also... More
