We chose the restaurant for the view and come back with a stomach full of delicious seafood. Yummm. And the view? Gorgeous. Pelicano's has the best view of the entire Puerto Morelos. :-D

We ate 2 dinners and really enjoyed the whole fish, so much that we returned a few days later for more.

This is our 3rd time back to Pelicano's. This will be our last. We always went there on our way to our resort in Playa Del Carmen. We stop in have a margarita and Lunch. We decided to have dinner there this time it was our first day in Puerto Morelos. So dissappointed. The waiter was fine it was the... More

We had a great lunch in this sleepy little fishing village that was more like the Mexico we remembered from a decade ago. The Pelicano was a shady oasis in the noonday heat, our food was excellent, the beer cold, the service perfect, and the harper and the guitarist who seranaded us put the cap on it. I had the... After reading mixed reviews on Trip Advisor about Pelicano's we weren't sure if we should eat there or not but decided to give it a try because of the view. Pelicano's has one of the best, if not the best, location along the beach in PM. Beautiful view of the sea, the boats and other activities along the main waterfront.... More

It's a very popular place in the middle of town, and a prime location to relax and have botanos and a drink. The food we found to be so so. The folks are nice and honestly, you can't beat the blue green water for relaxation.

This restaurant is set in the quaint village of Puerto Morelos which consists of a few shops selling tourist fare and a small collection of boats specialising in fishing and transporting snorkelers to sites off shore. It has a few sunbeds for hire on the small sandy beach. We had a lunch of club sandwich and a drink whilst watching... More

I have eaten here 10+ times over the past three years. Simply put, you come here for the whole fried fish, ceviches and shrimp. If you are looking for something else don't go. Ask for the Bocete (a white meat type of snapper) with garlic sauce. The cocoanut shrimp and just caught steamed shrimp are great. Service could be better... More

Ate dinner here as a family. Although our waiter was attentive and friendly, the food was average I would say. It was just ok, nothing mind blowing. The location is one of the best inPuerto Morelos as it is right on the water.
