Great Pizza

Have eaten several times at the Millstone. The fish/chips were so-so. The pizza was fantasic.....loved the deep dish, very flavourful pizza. Takes time to get the pizza but certainly worth the wait when it arrives. Enough for 2 adults for 2 meals.

This is typical diner food, it arrived hot and the tea was good and hot. French fries were hand cut. The bonus was that there were the jars of local (up the street) honey for sale for $6 at the counter on the way out.

Stopped in on a whim. Doing a driving tour around the area and got hungry. Found this place through the GPS unit. Inside doesn't look like much. Simple, clean. One cool thing is the 50 to 100 year old burlap potato bags. Kind of neat. I ordered the fish burger and fries. The fries were dark. Like they were burned.... More

We've been in since they opened a few years ago. The food is always delicious & the value is good. The atmosphere is basic but improving as time goes on. Always clean, which we find important. Since they run this as a couple, sometimes the service is a little slow - but it has always been worth the wait for... More

We went to this restaurant with our 2 year old daughter. We ordered and asked for crackers for our daughter before the meals came. Well they never came after a hour if waiting. my little girl was talking loudly and yelling (having fun not crazy like). And the male chef/owner approached us and asked us if we could put her... Had a really delicious meal at this restaurant in Murray River yesterday! Food was delicious, fresh fish, scrumptious desserts; service was exemplary, and the owner/operators very helpful, courteous and friendly! Will we go back??? Definitely!!!!

Well, our visit was an experience. But not a good one. After being greeted and seated, we realized we were in the dirtiest restaurant we have ever experienced. The floor was absolutely filthy with dirt and food spills. This was at 2 PM so it was not today's dirt and at 4 PM they were hosting a buffet. The odors... More
