Gorgeous outdoor patio with beautiful sunset view. Lovely server, Rosie, who was very sweet to my kids. Excellent but pricey food. Best part was an a la carte side of corn on the cob. A fellow hotel guest recommended it to me, otherwise I would not have ordered it. Best corn on the cob I've ever had- grilled with a... More

In point form, here are some of the issues we experience: Our red was served at an inappropriately high temperature. Chambered in Hawaii is way too high for red wine I know it is a tendency that is now worldwide however I don't think that high end restaurants should have there food prepared outside their kitchen. I can understand dessert... More

We loved this place! The view is fantastic - overlooks the beach. Ask for a table "on the rail" to have an unblocked view of the ocean. Food was outstanding. Had a Caesar Salad that tasted like the real thing, with homemade dressing. Fish was fabulous. Linen tablecloths, open air, just lovely. Enjoy!

Restaurant was located directly by the beach. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, along with delicious food and very kind service.

When you figure out the sunset time, subtract 45 minutes and get that reservation. We had the last unobstructed view of the beach and sunset at that time! While it was pricey, the service and food was impeccable! you will not be disappointed

Good food, great on the beach location. Service is hit or miss. Usually good. We love the ahi, and mai tais! Seems that even though we have been here over 15 years as patrons they don't keep track and I wish they showed us a little more thanks with a nicer table. Not a table in the back corner! hee... More

We made some new friends on our vacation and came here on a Wednesday night. Great atmosphere at sunset and later; definitely eat outside. Unlike other reviewers, our service was great. The waiter knew the menu, and was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was so nice, I thought the food would be average at best. Wrong. Everything was perfect. I... More

This was by far the best meal we had on the Big Island. The seared Ono was divine and the local vegetables were amazingly fresh and perfectly seasoned. All and all, very Hawaiian, very gourmet, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. It is expensive, but well worth it.

The setting was beautiful and the food was also great. Our son had the "Tropical Itch" drink and it packed quite a punch.
