Friendly and unpretentious family run winery who clearly enjoy their business and are only too happy to talk about their wines and history (and Crystal Palace FC!). Spent a really pleasant afternoon tasting wine and sampling the sharing platters and took home some excellent Shiraz. If you're looking for a more intimate winery to while away the time over some... Visited this winery as part of an organized your for tastings and lunch. We had shared plates, which were absolutely great. The late harvest Chenin Blanc was fantastic.

Visited with my parents today! Staff are very very good and probably should have ordered the tasting plate but chose a tart which was a quiche it was still ok and very generous my parents both had calamari chips and salad which was squid rings and chips! (A bit fish n chip shop) Slightly disappointed in the food choices but... More

We took part in a tour of the winery and surrounding area which included wine tasting and a sharing platter for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed Alf's laid back approach and the time he took to answer our questions. The wines from Edgecombe can't be found everywhere so it's well worth buying some before you head off. Failing that, pop back... More

Had a great time tasting amazing wines but the highlight of the place is Louie, the older gentleman that works there for 12 years. He is a delight and fun to be around. He had us taste so much wine that we were kind of buzzed at the end. The food is not that great. I ordered the pumpking soup... More

Will definitely come back. Staff amazing. We had the share plate - so fresh and tasty - we couldn't eat it all. An added bonus was how good the wine turned out to be!

Had lunch there today and ordered the share plate for two accompanied by a glass of sparkling white [wine recommended by waitress] Lovely meal with a wine that complimented the food nicely. It was lovely sitting out in the winter sunshine enjoying the ambience. Very relaxing day [2,5 hrs] staff in no hurry to kick us out. Will certainly go... More

Have driven past this winery for years and years !!! Today we thought we would call in for lunch ! We should have done that ages ago !!!! From the time we arrived we were treated like we were the only customers in the restaurant ... It was completely packed with two huge tables ! Staff could not be more... More

I spent a few hours at the Edgecombe Brothers Winery trialing the wines. There were 9 wines to try including a sparkling chardonnay, a late harvest chenin blanc, a sauvignon blanc, shiraz, old vine shiraz, muscat, fortified shiraz and a muscadelle. The two standouts for me were the old vine shiraz and the muscadelle but of course they were highly... More
