We went to la Lluna to have dinner after reading the good reviews this restaurant had. The experience was very dissapointing; the tapas weren't as tasty as expected and they were very small indeed. Some of the tapas were too expensive, for example the filled-in squids cost 7 euros and there are only 2 tiny squids in it. We've been... More

Perfectly located inside the old town of Tossa, this nice rastaraunt with almost home cuisine is always full with the line outside. Tasteful various tapas, sangria, fresh fish - what else do you need for the ideal meal during vacation?!

I am sure this is the best value for reasonable price in Tossa de Mar. They offer local tapas in very high quality in the amazing castle district of the village. Be aware the the restaurant has only 6-7 tables and there is no chance to reservation. Since they are very popular you should arrive quite early (no later than... More

Really friendly and helpful waiter advised us on a great range of tapas. Far enough away from the main town (but easily walkable) to feel Spanish rather than touristy. Close to the castle, this place is small so go early as you can't book (we arrived at 6.00pm and just managed to get a table for 4). Drinks for 4... More

Glad to have found this place serving excellent tapas within the walls of old town. Small place with limited seating so get there early and you won't be dissapointed.

Had to visit la lluna during lunch as it was so busy in the evenings. It is only a very small place but it is worth waiting for a table as the tapas is brilliant especially the chorizo. It is also great value for money

We visited La Lluna during lunch time, what a place! Lovely staff, amazing food - the best Tapas we tasted during our whole week in Tossa. The inside restaurant is a bit rustic but very welcoming and overall not too expensive. Cannot recommend this place high enough.

La Lluna is a small restaurant with a few tables, so most of the time you have to wait, but that's worth it. They serve very very good tapas. Everytime we eat here we enjoy the place and the marvelous location.

We queued, like so many others. Was it worth it? ...... Yes! The menu is a bit limited but we went twice and tried quite a few of the dishes and all were excellent. The best tapas we had in Tossa.

La Lluna is the typical hidden gem. Tucked away in the narrow, winding, cobbled streets of the Catalonian fort that overlooks this gem of a seaside town, its beauty lies in the simplicity of both the food and the actual restaurant itself. We were told to expect to queue, so left it until about 3.30 to arrive. We managed to... More
