After two years of being voted one of the best Italian restaurants In Tossa the Forchetta has now closed and has been taken over as the "Bahiton Bar"

Dinner at Forchetta on the patio, looking out over the Mediterranean Sea with views of the castle was good enough, but then to also have the best dinner of our entire trip was an added bonus. We had the lasagna and gnocchi and everything was simply perfect. The flavors, freshness, and amazing wine made for a great meal - if... More

Another great option in Tossa. We went on the recommendation of our hosts despite the restaurant only having two patrons dining while others around it were busier. We were not disappointed. Excellent food and pretty decent value for Tossa. We had the Fresca pizza, giant mushroom ravioli, goats cheese salad and a rose. All were very tasty, particularly the ravioli.... More

The food and wine was good. The view is just lovely. The service was very slow when we went though. My husband actually had to get up and go inside to ask for the check because it had been so long (and we are very leisurely eaters, never in a rush).

We first visited this restaurant accidentally having rambled on the promenade in search of food for quite a while. We fell in love with this cosy little place from the first time and visited it every day for both lunch and dinner for all the remaining five days of our stay. The quality of food was excellent, price was good... More

Enjoyed a lovely meal at Forchetta, the service was extremely quick and efficient. Fantastic views across the beach and the castle. Price was reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. Would definitely recommend Forchetta.

We went here based on ratings on tripadvisor. We went there for lunch and had a starter of calamari (as well as the free appetisers they dished up which were lovely) and both had a pizza for main. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our waiter (could also be the owner) was a friendly man who made... More

We went to this restaurant for a quick lunch before leaving Tossa. Oh how I wished we'd found it earlier as I would have loved to have had a long leisurely dinner there. The food we had was excellent and the little appetisers a nice touch. The staff were friendly and the price was not expensive. We will certainly go... More

We discovered this restaurant towards the beginning of our trip, and we're glad we did! We had 3 kids with us (10,7 and 1) and we all loved the food and the friendly service we received at Forchetta. Every meal we had was a winner and the desert tasting plate was fantastic. There were also complimentary hors deuvres one night... More

We ate out at La Forchetta on the final night of our holiday, having tried a different restaurant every night for a week. How refreshing it was to be selecting from a menu that did not include Simi Tomba (a local fish stew), and there was something for everyone, from pizza to Saltimbocca (go and try it - a beef... More
