We ate here tonight for the 2nd time. It was really good, the food was full of flavour, cooked beautifully, and the service was very good too.We skipped poppodums, and went straight for a shared starter, followed by a selection of main and side dishes for the main course. My mixed grill was divine, very tasty.

Get the tourist menu - 10 euros for starter, main course, rice or nan, coffee or dessert. Food quality is high, portions are generous, service is friendly. This is a little bit off the beaten track but is the Indian (Nepalese) Restaurant favoured by locals and is very well worth a visit.

An excellent indian and nepalese restaurant with good quality and reasonable price. Fresh ingredient, freshly cooked, this will be the best in the monte gordo. Great staff and pleasant ambience. Excellent.

I've eaten here many times and have always had great food and friendly service. Having started off using the main menu I soon realised I can get all I need and more from € 10 Tourist menu which is comprehensive and ridiculously cheap. They don't offer this menu unless you ask for it, for obvious reasons! If I had any advice... More

My wife and I were handed a leaflet about the tourist menu when passing one lunchtime and decided to try this restaurant, as we both enjoy Indian food. We were told that it opened at 6pm so arrived shortly after this. One other couple were already inside. We sat for ten minutes and no-one appeared! A face then appeared from... More

typical basic restaurant but great value, you can have tourist menu if you like but too much food for me. Enjoyed this very much, staff very nice, great value for money and great range of dishes, clean facilities.

We last visited this little gem of a restaurant last September and so during our three week holiday this September in Monte Gordo we had three meals here and each one was super. If you visit try a Nepalese dish like chicken Pokhrel or chicken Kathmando. They are not on the normal menu so the chef will make a special... More

My wife and I dined here on a recent trip to Monte Gordo with my parents. Overall, the food and service were both outstaning. I would have eaten here every day if I could, as I love Indian food. Everything we ordered was very tasty, and well prepared. If you travel to Monte Gordo on vacation, don't miss this place!

The restaurant has a great variety of dishes but i must advise you to order the curry. The best curry i ever ate. The Service was great with someone every other 15 min asking if we were ok or if we needed something else. I went there with my husband and we had appetizers, great wine and chiken korma and... More

This lovely restaurant has regularly been on our top places to go and dine. The owners make you feel so much part of the family. Amongst the other clients we share our superb curries and recommendations. The best ever was that especially on request my favourite "Momo's" were made. This brought back great memories of an Everest experience! Thank you... More
