We went to Les Sables twice during our recent visit, so that must say something. The staff clearly knew a number of the people from the way they were greeted and d the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was full on both evenings and the atmosphere was homely. We enjoyed our food and the wine was good.

We were served by a charming French girl who spoke English. I would say the food is OK, but not outstanding and the restaurant is comfortable enough. I had escargots, which were good, followed by calamari rings which were overcooked with dark hard batter. A bottle of Morgon was great and served cool. My friend who comes to Hardelot often... More

We went out for Pizza whilst on a golf break. 11 of us visited on a Friday night. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they accommodated a large group of lads from the UK with good humour. Pizzas were pretty good, but our spicy pizzas were not very spicy in truth. Still, we will go back next time.

Our favourite restaurant in Pas de Calais. We have been regular visitors for seven years and have never had a bad experience. Service is always excellent, friendly, and they prioritise young kids. The menu caters for all tastes. They are happy to converse in French or English. it can be the depths of winter, or height of summer, they are... More

There are other restaurants in Hardelot with fancier ambiance and décor, higher prices and aspirations, but if you just want wholesome, home-made meals, pleasantly served in clean and adequate surroundings at a fair price, with an atmosphere of a "local", look no further that Les Sables

Les Sables was a beacon of light in the dark on a blustery November night when we ventured in for our supper, and we were not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed (in English) and shown to a seat, offered a pre-dinner drink and given menus, and then submitted our order in franglais. Even at this time of year, the restaurant... More

pretty much the same menu as all the other brasserie type restaurants in this seaside town, but the prices are lower. Friendly welcome, welsh rarebit a la francaise was fine :) they could make a hit if they added haome made chips instead of frozen , especially in this region of France where chips are a speciality ! steak was...
