Excellent steak (the Charelais). Good location, on the side of the river, in the centre of Bouillon,

Bad rooms, bad beds and a very sober bathroom. Old en never renovated. Prices are much, much to high! This is really treating customers.

Room just OK, small, with two beds pushed together to make the "grand lit" we asked for. Very clean though and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was sensational, a smorgasbord of drinks, cereals, fruit and nuts, yoghurt, toast, pain au chocolat, croissants, cheeses and charcuterie, teas and coffee and more. No problems with seconds or even... More

This hotel looks very grand when you walk into the main entrance with marble floors, a smart restaurant and well-dressed staff. So, first impressions were good. Then we saw our room. It was tiny, with two miniature decrepid beds pushed together (we have seen better in hostels) on a creaky old wooden floor. The smell from the bathroom was vomit-inducing... More

the lovely decor and view from the river cannot make up for the just- edible food, inflated prices and snotty service. Food menu very limited and pricey for what you get (I don't think there was an appetiser under 10 Euro). Food tasted like the food you expect 10-15 years ago- over cooked and over salty. don't go with kids,... More

I'm always anxious about ordering lamb cutlets at restaurants, but it turned out to be perfectly cooked, and quality of the meat great. the other dishes were really good as well with lots of flavour, from beginning to end. I was sitting by the glass windows overlooking the river. What a nice way to begin a sunday afternoon.

A very beautiful dining room, with excellent views over the river Semois and the Castle. The food was OK (although we would have appreciated a little stronger "regional flavour"). The service, a bit too slow. The wine list, too long (with the result that many of the announced wines were not available), lacked a good, reasonably priced, "vin de la... More

Not bad. Quality of dishes OK but service could use a lot of improvement.
