were hungry and just took the first restaurant we saw - and it was good!

service and food was good. we have to say that we were also very hungry :-). bruscettas were fresh, muscles were excellent for north italy and the linguine were perfect all dente. the house white wine was a little bit to sweet.

We had the menu 'degoustazione' - and we will definitely not try more. The antipasti as well as the two following dishes were rather basic and unmotivated. The dessert though was good and the Limoncello helped to avoid a complete disappointment. There must be better places to go on the island - this one seems overrated and is not worth... More

We had lunch there. as we came from the upper entrance from the street we didn't realize the extension above the water is part of the restaurant, so we sat inside. we shared a spinach and ricotta ravioli for starter, it was wonderful. For main course we had veal in lemon and a local fish (looks like sardin) - about... More

Our group lunched here - about 12 of us. Fast, warm and friendly service. Some of the best fresh pasta I've had - the ravioli and lasagna were delicious. Fish was also very fresh, very good. I had the veal scallopini and it was tender and juicy. (I was offered 'scallops' and thought I was getting the seafood - however,... More

Well the title made the review. We ate as a group at this restaurant. The island is Fisherman Island and there is not a bad fish restaurant on the rock. The food was simple and delicious and served all kinds of selections too, not just fish. The staff were friendly and very efficient, and the customers were families and couples... More

The pier extends over the water (we sat at the end), staff very welcoming and good food. Make it your mid price choice for the island

We were picked up from Stresa and taken to the restaurant on Pescatori island at no extra charge, amazing. Great start of the evening. The food was good, service was friendly and quick. We had a great dinner. And of course the location: terrace is right on the lake, you cannot get any closer.

I don't eat a lot of fish. I was willing to try, here, but then I saw a prosciutto and pear appetizer, the prosciutto smoked with juniper, and was totally intrigued. When I asked for a recommendation for a second dish, the waiter suggested I stick with meat (instead of ordering fish) since I started there and recommended the house... More

We liked everything: the fish, the wine, the service. We relied on staff's recommendation and we are still greatful for that. We disliked the weather: it rained a lot!!!
