We stopped by chance, but many car parked before the building, it was promising. The place is simple, a big iron stove shed the heat. Turkish families at every tables. Nobody speak english, but the stuff is so kind, and try to help. They have english menu. First suprise: a kind of pie(bread), as indian naan with fresh vegetables and... More

Kayalar is enroute Cirali from Antalya. We visited the restaurant post our climb up the Chimera. I can safely say it was THE most divine food I’ve eaten. They have a deck like sitting area overlooking a valley. A fresh water stream runs through the place from which they pick fish as per your choice and prepare it for you.... More

Having been burned by some of the tourist places in the area, we had low expectations but wanted the great view of the valley and we were too hungry to drive on. The parking lot was full of cars, none from rental agencies, on a random midweek February afternoon. The clientele was local: Families and groups of men and groups... More

Above Ulupinar on the D400, we'd noticed in passing that this restaurant was always exceptionally busy. Visiting early on Tuesday evening with two young children it was plain that we were the only foreigners dining. My Turkish is good enough to get me by so we enjoyed simple grilled lamb, chicken and quail with salads and a variety of meze.... More

We have been several times with family and friends to Kayalar Restaurant and every single time it was delicious. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with a nice setting under the huge plain trees. Choice of food is trout, lamb, goat, chicken and quail in various preparation methods. We tried nearly all and all was very good served. My... More

i have been visiting Turkey for over 20 years and eaten in many restaurants. We visited Kayalar Restaurant yesterday for the second time. The Turkish food is excellent. Fish or mixed grill, salads, bread, cheese and walnuts very simple but amazing value. Home made bread, cheesy topped oven baked fish - just delightful. The restaurant is on the mountain road...
