Went two nights in a row and the food was excellent. The pork belly in particular was amazing. Just the type of food you can't help but make yummy noises to. Will definitely be going here again, amazing food and friendly staff in an inconspicuous country pub. Loved it.

Dont be put out off by the exterior as it doesnt look much, but once you get inside the staff are so friendly and very eager to help in every way possible. The food is excellent! Good choice of food on the menu for a reasonable price and i highly reccomend the specials. Will definitley be visiting again!

Don't be put off by appearances - the pub doesn't look like anything special but the food is great. I had a smoked haddock scotch egg with the freshest free range orange yoked egg, followed by broccoli and Stilton soup. It was all homemade to order and excellent. My dinner companion had ham and eggs with home made chips -... More

We regularly frequent The Station Inn, Kirkpatrick Fleming and I can guarantee the meal is great every time. It's good pub grub, just what the area needs. Thank you so much to Chris and Ali, the hardworking hosts, for continually producing great pub food - from the consistent menu favourites to the tasty selection of specials, different every time we... If you are looking for 5 star ambiance then this is possibly not for you, but if you prefer 5 star home cooked pub grub, then do not look any further, You can't eat ambiance, but you will not be disappointed with the excellent food on offer at the Station Inn. Alison has long had a reputation for her sweets, but... More

Really really good food -- proper homemade chips, beautiful salmon with crispy skin -- reasonable prices and friendly service. Can't ask for more.

We stopped on our way to Edinburgh and really enjoyed the food. The main course was fish on Friday and we had the ham both were extremely good. We followed up with desert -again very good. Will be back if we can.

visited the station last night for a meal with family. The service, food quality and atmosphere were all outstanding. This along with the more than reasonable pricing would definitely make it unbeatable in the surrounding area. Definitely worth a visit and we will be back. I now have a full menu to work my way through.

A lovely little country pub serving excellent quality food. Visited on numerous occasions and Chris & Ally always make us feel welcome. Children are welcome, and there is a childs menu available. Very reasonably priced home made food. The desserts are to die for!!!!!! Watch out for the homemade cheesecake on the specials board. DELICIOUS.

We were staying in the area and dropped in for something light. Didn't expect such beautiful food in such a small quiet village on a Thursday in march. I amnt normally a big haggis fan but these mushrooms filled with haggis topped with local cheddar, fabulous. My husband really enjoyed his pork belly, which was new to the menu, and... More
