Stopped off after my fiancé recommended it based on a previous visit earlier in the year and we weren't disappointed. Went for the "famous" steak on a stone and was amazed to see my dinner being cooked in front of me at the table to my exact liking! The size of the fillet was huge and for €22 the best... More

We are back in the Old Village for some Winter sun, this time with my partner who hasn't visited before so I took him to Princess Garden to experience the great time we had earlier in the year. We were not disappointed. Carlos and his wife looked after us perfectly. Relaxed, discreet and efficient service complimented by excellent cuisine that... More

My uncle persuaded me to visit princess garden in the old village, and wasn't dissapointed. Me and my partner had a lovely romantic meal on the balcony overlooking the pool. The service and food was fantastic. My only negative was the steak could've been a bit bigger but as It was delicious it didn't bother me to much. The staff... More

The last time we visited this restaurant was called C Js,. We visit the old village at least twice a year normally in the winter months when this restaurant closed, having walked through we noticed it was open so decided to give it another try. We were not disappointed, we received a warm welcome from friendly staff and invited straight... More

Nice restaurant. Small but fancy. Nice menu and beautiful desserts. If it's a nice evening it's lovely to sit outside on the balcony overlooking the pool when having your dinner. :)

the more sophisticated restaurant in the Old Village Complex. Has a romantic/more high end decor looking over a small swimming pool. however, still suitable for us with our 1.9 year old child and another table had 2 young children. Service was great. Food was good too. Maybe need to book as it got quite busier later in the evening. We... More

We sampled all of the restaurants in the Old Village, and the Princess Garden was the best. Its tucked away, but is a real hidden gem. Really nice dining rooms and venue. Foods good too.

The Algarve is not renowned for great cuisine. This restaurant though bucks the trend. Excellent dinner. Steak on the stone superb, monkfish kebab plentiful. We went a second time as we enjoyed the food so much.

We had a family meal out at the Princess Garden on Thursday 2nd October, 2014. The restaurant is situated in the Old Village. It is a beautiful building with a private swimming pool and lovely decor. My parents had been there before and said that it had been redecorated. It was very calm there especially with the blues and and... More
