Brasserie la Bouche boasts over 70 spacious seats. Guests can enjoy a simply superb lunch and dinner on the private terrace during the spring and summer months - or as soon as weather conditions permit. Chef de Cuisine Simon de Wit surprises his guests with dishes from daily fresh ingredients every single day, which he magically and playfully transforms into tasty dishes with a French accent. Beautiful wines from the international wine list and a professional service provided by the enthusiastic staff complement the gastronomical experience in a very refined manner. Plus the inn has been awarded two listings in the 2012/2013 Michelin Guide. The Brasserie is located along the edge of Amsterdam and enjoys an excellent position in relation to Schiphol Airport and Haarlem. In addition to the fantastic meals, guests also have the option of staying the night here in one of the 24 rooms. Free Airport shuttle (Novotel/Accor group shuttle) Free Wifi! You are welcome!

We ate lunch and dinner here. We had a bowl of good crab soup with delicious bread for lunch. The service was ok. For dinner we ordered from the dinner menu. I had the sole and it was very good, once I had removed all the bones. The dinner service or lack there of, was very peculiar. We were served... More

We were staying at the Dorint and met friends here for dinner. We had a nice table, were well-looked after and the food was delicious.

We have just spent a month in Europe, in Holland, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia and Croatia. By far the worst service ever was at this touted restaurant across from our airport hotel before flying home. Empty wine and beer glasses on the able were ignored. We were given the dessert menu but no one ever came to take our order. My... More

Dear guest, First of all thank you for taking time to write a review. We do apoligize if your service was not fast enough this evening alltough we can not understand that you waited 15 minutes to get a fork. My expectations were set high as this restaurant has been recommended by Michelin by no less than two forks for quite a few years in a row. So there is no lack of recognition, you would say, but the restaurant was anything but overcrowded on a Thursday evening. The complimentary bread and amuse-bouche of salmon tartare were plainly forgettable. The... More

Dear guest, Thank you for taking time to write your experiences in our Brasserie. You write you are disapointed about some of the dishes. The complimentary sourdough bread and amuse is a matter of taste. Tuna should be rare and not well. Our team should have given you the opportunity to tell them as they are trained to check with... Was there at a slow night, only two other tablles were taken. Still, service was unable to handle the few guests they had; it took forever before they served me the first course. I took one bite of my ridiculously oversalted dish, and immediately decided to return. The waitress made some snide comment about my lack of being able to... More

As guests of the hotel we received a 10% discount for any of their two restaurants. So naturally we decided to try this restaurant. We were greeted politely and served this amazing complimentary fresh bread and this was followed by a small monk appetiser. The meals themselves were all impressive.
