Handwritten Italian menu, wonderful service, and charming blue table settings make you feel right at home, overwhelming otherwise good (but not necessarily memorable) food. The fish of the day is fresh and simply prepared, certainly worth ordering. Skip the appetizers and split a pasta instead (pesto in the region is divine)

This restaurant is in a class by itself. We avoided all of the problems involved with driving and parking to get to and from this spot by taking buses and walking a bit. Every step was worth it. Pillows of soft cheese! Melting pockets of fish in pasta (ravioli di pesce). We didn't even know what "totani" was before it... More

As many comments say, this restaurant can offer excellent dishes and the Chef has definitely a "good" hand. The location is nice and the restaurant is also quite pretty. Having said that, the big minus is always the same in many places in Liguria: where is the KINDNESS? The owner is not exactly friendly, she shows the kind of cold... More

We were trying to find a place to eat in Camogli but a parking spot eluded us so we headed out to Nonna Nina based on a review from somewhere. It's out at the end of the road past an entrance to the Portofino Park (the side of the park away from Postofino the town). Parking was possible if not... More

A year ago, I came to Nonna Nina and the food was actually quite good. I recently came here again and while service was good, the food was very disappointing. This is not really an impressive experience. I don't know if it is just me but is this place over priced and overrated or what? The food was just ok.... More

This little restaurant has a good family restaurant atmosphere coupled with a small but very tasteful meny. The best restaurant in the area.

We had dinner here on a quiet night. The food was really good. Particularly the pasta. Its in a wonderful location and there is a wonderful bar to the right of the church along a path, higher in the village which is just built into the rocks and great for an aperitivo

Slightly cool reception, not helped by our poor Italian. Lovely view from the terrace. Good food, service (yes!) and wine. Went to the bar on the cliff below the church in San Roco afterwards. Simply stunning view watching the sun go down !

Recommended by our hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, struggling to understand some of the more negative reviews. The trofie with pesto was superb, fish ravioli very good, main course of grilled fish exquisite, all simple rustic fare executed very well. Desserts also good. Try to get a table inside in one of the charming rooms, not so keen on... More

The restaurant is located on top of a hillside in the little village of San Rocco, between Camogli and Portofino. It's a very clean and neat and cosy place which is frequented mostly by Italians and very few tourists. The kitchen is classical regional Italian cooking. Not artyfarty, but rather genuine, honest and simply delicious. The cook loves to serve... More
