Visited Ambrosia twice during our stay in Lindos and both had our favourite meals of the holiday here. Although it is one of the few restaurants we visited without a roof top terrace the restaurant is lovely with a great atmosphere. The little extras such as the glass of champagne on arrival and the attentiveness of the staff really makes... More

We recently came home from Lindos and have very fond memories of our two visits to Ambrosia, both times we were very well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. The Staff, Food, Wine and Atmosphere were all excellent. We cant wait to return there next year. Thanks again.

This was the most gorgeous restaurant we visited. You could fault neither the service, food nor wine. You are given a complimentary glass of champagne on arrival and complimentary bread with delicious dips. The food is worth the price and we didn't even think it was too expensive! If you ordered the most expensive dishes you would pay quite a... More

The waiter makes a big show but the food is terrible! We ordered beef - but what we get did nit taste like beef at all (was it donkey?) and the wine was really bad! Go to Broccolino, that`s much better and the atmosphere is lovely.

One of the few restaurants in Lindos without a roof terrace, the food makes it a worthwhile visit though. Beautifully presented, flavourful food, in a lovely air-conditioned room, the only thing that stopped this getting a full five stars is that the food was a bit lukewarm rather than super-hot.

Located by house number173 down in the lindos maze ambrosia is a classy little restaurant. It provides a select menu and wine list, presented in a la carte style by a sociable owner. Reasonably priced, a three course meal for two with water and wine costs around 100 euros. Worth a visit for the discerning customer.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times in the past and I'm pleased to say the standard hasn't slipped. My hubby and I both went for the 'catch of the day' which was sea bream, it was cooked to perfection and faultless. This restaurant hasn't a roof terrace, it us air conditioned which is so welcome when you just... More

We decided to visit Ambrosia on the strength of previous tripadvisor reviews and were not disappointed. Being greeted by the owner on arrival and made to feel most welcome, the atmosphere was a step up from most other eateries in the resort but certainly not 'stuffy'. George (the owner) spent time with us explaining the menu and ensuring we made... More

Been here a few times now. Still very good. It was our most expensive meal on our last trip. A wee glitch though. I had the chicken in lemon sauce which was very acidic. I kind of scraped the sauce off and ate and enjoyed the rest. I hate to make a fuss and am sure George would have sorted... More
