It was a bit chilly on the first days of June up there in the mountains, so we appreciated the caged-in terrace, where you can sit inside outside! That's how we ended up there in the first place. If you are on a low budget, there is a very interesting menu del dia (with many choices) for an unbelievably low... More

Just ate at Biarritz. We were the only non-locals there so that was a good sign for us. Have a go at speaking Spanish and they will kindly bring out a menu in English. We're travelling on a budget so opted for their set menu. Well worth the money. The set menu includes quite an extensive choice- about 10 dishes... More

We came by as a family for dinner. everybody found something they liked on the extensive menu. Food came out really fast and we kids could not finish due to the large portions. Food type is more traditional which was great for those who wish to enjoy the wonderful food the region has to explore. Oh and they did mix... More

Had the del dia lunch on Thursday. Really good, extra bits and complimentary local hooch made fir a lovely meal. So impressed, we booked for the Saturday night. At the table, we became aware that, due to a local holiday, the only menu was double the normal price. Biting the bullet, we left and were made to feel uncomfortable by... More

We came here for menu del dia and the only thing which saved my meal were complimentary snacks and complimentary liquor. Otherwise, I would have been left quite hungry as the portions were very tiny. I ordered some kind of salad for starter and pieces of meat for the main course. Usually, salads are always safe bets when you are... More

The service was very good, but the food was a bit disappointing. I normally love French food but we didn't eat most of the main course. Bitterly disappointed considering the other reviews.

I think the set menu we had cost €13 a head for three courses, wine, and bread. For this we first chose a starter of seafood paella which was the size of a main course paella in my opinion, with no skimping on the seafood either of which there was plenty - mussels, prawns, squid, etc. We shared the paella... This restaurant gave us a wonderful start to our holiday. We were travelling from the ferry at Bilbao to Boltana and thought Jaca would be a good half way lunch stop. We had picked a few restaurants thanks to Tripadvisor and were very happy we chose and found this one. The service was excellent with the staff being kind about... More
