This restaurant is on the ground floor of Aparthotel Capitolina. An absolute top in Merida. Award-winning cuisine: caramelized sweetbread, beautifully prepared and very refined. Crispy fried pig, venison, super. Starters to Share: Tuna tartare or grilled vegetables, nicely made and exquisite taste. Even the spaghetti with tomato sauce is delicious and every day different so freshly made. Recommended, do not... More

What can I say. Michelin star restaurant, fantastic service, great atmosphere. We were really spoiled here, the food was perfect and so well presented, also the wine was not overpriced. Service was perfect. 3 course meal for two with wine came to 61 euros, excellent value.

Well, food was ok (not excellent). We asked for a table on the window the waitress told us that we couldn't sit there because "It was going to take a time for them to clean it". Also, guys, please DO PAY FOR SPOTIFY if is very annoying to be hearing a song and then a commercial from spotify. Comida bien... More

I tried the dinner menu for 30 euro, which includes wine, water, coffee, etc. Every dish was beautifully presented, with attention to detail by the discrete and efficient staff. Seldom had such a good meal "overall" in Spain - for a very reasonable price.

We stopped here for lunch amidst a day of sightseeing and came away very satisfied. Choosing from a varied menu, I had a light omelet with mushrooms to start, followed by the salmon, glazed; both dishes were carefully prepared and rich in flavor. The wine list is good enough to get you through the meal, and the excellent service combine... More

We were in Merida for a few days and having read the reviews decided to try this restaurant and we were more than satisfied. We both had fish and it was top quality and very well presented, the wine too was very satisfying. Staff were attentive and pleasant.

This was a great place in a pretty little town with magnificent sights. The food was superb, so was the wine and the service. The place is decorated with style and contributes to the experience. The waiter helped us with the choice so Overall I would go back to this place any time. Loved it!!!

We stayed at the hotel and decided to eat at Rex Numitor, which is under the hotel. The wine recommendation was excellent as were all the meals.
