Just great

When you find a place just of the main street that seems to be packed out with locals, you know you've come to right place. We went 3 nights in a row - plus other places too - for great inexpensive and quality tapas which are actually cooked freshly and are truly delicious. At 9.00pm you'll find a... read more

I lived in Jerez for 2 years and this place is one of the best for local tapas. Real Andaluso food and very cheap prices. Definitely recommended!!

WOW, a lovely gem. Hidden down a side street. As we walked around from bar to bar, we found this hidden gem. We sat at the counter, ordered the local sherry and ham. Service was excellent and prompt. We then ordered a few more tapas with a few more sherry's - wonderful atmosphere, cosy and very friendly. A place for... More

If you have to wait for a table here do not walk away, you will not be disappointed, the relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food make any wait worthwhile (Tip; if there is a queue make sure you put your name down on the list hanging by the door). All of the meat served... I always think it's a good sign when, in a touristy city, there's lots of locals in a place. That's certainly the case with MdA and we are so glad we bagged the last table (get there early as lots of people were turned away). Although packed, the service was quick, friendly and they appreciated our clumsy attempts to speak... More

This is one of our favourite. We eat at the bar and have the DELICIOUS TAPAS which are really superb and very generous. I love the food here and the kind service. It is on the best in Jerez. We will go back again and again. THe spare ribs are great . SO many things are delicious that it is... More

Today looking for a place to eat , came across a nieuwly madeover restaurant in de Porvera , so we seated at a tabel on de sidewalk ,very normal in Jerez, did'nt take long for a waiter to attend to our needs, and ask what we would like to drink, afterwards we asked for a Parillada ( various kind of...
