Straightforward brilliant local seafood at a great price

We've dined here many times over the years and it has been consistently excellent. It's not much more than a shack, but what it lacks in architecture is made up for the quality of the food. It's simple food well done - the cavatelli ai fruitti di mare is just that: perfectly cooked pasta... read more

This place is basically a shack on the beach but the food is fantastic and as fresh as it gets. Great value for money and a lovely setting on the beach. The seafood pasta one of the best I've ever had. It is signposted from the road and this takes you down to the sea - if there is someone... More

As pointed out by other users, it's not a restaurant but a shack on the beach, and not one easy to find. We chose to visit based on the positive reviews read on here, and were not disappointed. The view of the sea is amazing, and the dishes, all fish based, couldn't possibly be fresher. Among the starters raw shrimps... More

This slightly difficult to find 'shack' on the shore has a reputation built on simplicity, nothing fancy, just a table and chair, good fresh fresh fresh seafood and acres of taste. Not to be aquinted if you're looking for a posh nosh, but great for a quick stop off to fill up without the whistles n bells and attached waiting... More

It is a really cheap restaurant, but with fabulous fresh sea food, like octopus, row tunafish, giant shrimps, mussels.

This was a real treat. You can find this shack-type restaurant on the coast road between Torre Canne and Savelletri. Follow the sign to Forcatella and you will see it on your right as you approach the shore. This is more of a cafe but none the worse for that. Family run and extremely friendly, the restaurant serves very fine... More
