Great food, great wine, great price!

We came here for a meal on my birthday as we were staying nearby. I had carbonara and my partner had seafood spaghetti - both meals were lovely. The service wasn't fantastic, but there was a nice athmostphere as there were quite a few couples and families there enjoying themselves. For 2 meals, 2... read more

After a day at Letojanni best beach club, Paradise, near the north east end of the promenade we decided to stay close and wandered into the Ciao Ciao Restaurant also on the promenade. The host was terrific and helped up with our poco Italian and was fluent in English. We had been doing lots of pasta, fish, and other Sicilian... More

We ate dinner here during our holiday and were completely underwhelmed! The waiting staff were disinterested and just dumped the food in front of you and walked off, they give you cutlery in a paper bag? The food was just ordinary. We waited ages to get the bill as at some points there were no waiters in the restaurant, we... More

Loved the pasta and pizza. The aubergine dishes were sublime as was the very simple spaghetti with garlic and oil. Very cheap. Meal for 4 of us less than 35 euros including drinks!! Ate here twice and very pleased. Went back as the kids insisted!

My boyfriend and I had lunch and lounged in the lido of ciao ciao for a few hours and it was lovely. The food was good, not the best I ate while in sicily but still good, and excellent value. Lunch for two 18€. We chose ciao ciao based on the lovely beach loungers, which we were told were 6€... More

What can we say? Excellent . Only good food, very fresh fishes, the best choice of wines - with four Sicilian wines you go everywhere. Which ones? Altavilla Firriato, Corvo Colomba Platino, Bianco di Nera and if you like Rapitalà Grillo. You do not need more in the World. Perhaps Lighea, Donnafugata. What to Eat? All they have: in the... More

AS well as a wonderful location the menu was typical of the area and the quality was superb weather you wanted a full meal or just a drink or snack. And it was all served by lovely people who gave you all the time you needed

little bland foods, most reminiscent of a cafeteria, the service was good and smiling, there is a reasonable selection of wines
