Ate here alone. Staff wasn't overly friendly but we're fine. Enjoyed my meal very much. Had pork w some sort of cheese thing over it. Had tapas assortment for app. I'd recommend.

The atmosphere and ambience is a nice mix especially if you would like to bring a team or a group. The service was mixed, depending on your availability of the english language. I asked for butter or olive oil for the bread they served, and they looked at my strangely (irish quirk maybe :)) This was my third time here,... More

We enjoyed our visits to La Tortuga very much. Many tasty tapas, and fruity sangria, but our favorite was the "Feurig gebrutzelte Paprikawurst (Chorizo) in Oel u. Chili", or chorizo sausage in chili oil. It goes well with bread from the "Brot mit Aioli" dish, which is also excellent.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant and tapas for some time, so when one of my favorite restaurants was closed the other day, I decided to hop in here to give it a shot. While I imagine the food was exactly what it was supposed to be, I just don't get the whole idea of having a bunch... More

Lovely Tapas - try the roasted almonds, spinach dip an the meatballs - the chicken wings were great too and so were the patatas bravas. Nice helpful staff and a good selection of drinks, as well as a wide choice of main courses. Great coffee as well.

Visited La Tortuga twice. Both times, the service was on the poor side. There is a good wine selection. The food is good, but doesn't make up for the poor service. The atmosphere is good. Would go there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The food is not so special and a bit expensive. Waiters were slow and did not pay attention to new guests that arrived later at the same table. There is a better Spanish restaurant in Walldorf: El torero.

This was the only place we dined in Walldorf where the waitstaff was obviously annoyed we didn't speak German. Thankfully we were accompanied by our German colleague, but the meal was disappointing. I've had much better Tapas here in Nebraska.

If I have to eat in wdf everyday I would go to La Tortuga and have a glass of Rioja Crianza with tortilla and ham!

This gets a Thumbs up from me. The food is great..best part is they have a english menu card too..which Iv seen at a very few places. Staff is polite, service is good. If you're a vegetarian..u'll find very few options..but those options will still be tasty nevertheless. If u like mushrooms n garlic..Dont forget to try 'Mushrooms in Garlic... More
