Excellent food in a hot little place

We visited for dinner on a very hot day (29 degrees) and were shown to a small table inside. The bad news is that it was very cramped and very hot.... There was a television on with the sound down. You may be wondering how I'm giving it 4 stars. Quite simply, the food. If they'd had a fan... read more

My partner thoroughly enjoyed his steak but my meal was awful. The turkey was like rubber swimming in a tasteless cream sauce with warm salad floating. We cleared our own plates and then had to push them to pay the bill! Also flee bitten dog continously there scratching. my partner soon saw signs of being bitten! Restaurant a mess of... More

We stumbled upon this little hidden gem whilst in Le touquet last week. What a find! My partner and myself chose the 20 euro (3 course menu) and were both amazed at both the quality and value of the food. We were in France for 10 weeks and this meal was head and shoulders above most of the restaurants we... More

Happened across this little gem by accident - they had a free table outside, the missus liked the cuts of its jib, and we stayed for dinner. Both of us went for a cheap-ish menu, but were not disappointed - the fish soup was excellent, my wife had an excellent steak, and we enjoyed the company of a ginger tom... More

Super small restaurant with a small but adequate menu. In season best to reserve a table. Food is well prepared and presented

Over in Le Touquet for a few hours’ wander-round, courtesy of Lydd Air’s fabulous and seemingly little-known day trip service, we happened upon this little place for lunch, tucked down a side-street. It was too hot to sit in the narrow outside space, despite the awning, so we settled for the equally tiny interior (which was almost equally hot, despite... More

Booked tables for dinner for 12 at this small, back street restaurant (though not far from the main drag). We went for the 20 and 29 euro menus. The quality was excellent throughout and the portions were large. The skate wing was delicious with lemon and capers adding to the flavour - the best I've had in France. The menu... More

Booking is recommended. We were turned away on the Sunday lunchtime, but got a seat easily on the evening. There is a 15, 20 and 29 Euro menu. We opted for the 29, four course with a huge portion of fillet steak, cooked to perfection.

Food is really great, but this place is quite small, filled up quite quickly so book a table. Was surprised to see the chef serving us as well as preparing the food last Saturday night, Waitress did not seems very professional as you would expect in a French restaurant, but we had a good time and meal was again a...
