I have eaten in and had many takeaways from the Indian Palace and never had any problems apart from one minor hiccup. I got a takeaway and when I got home my curry was only a quarter full. When I returned a couple of weeks later I mentioned what had happened on my last visit and without any problem gave... More

Used to come here at least three times a week, food is fab and atmosphere is lovely, however they need to bring back the old manager (Ryan), the last time we saw him he said he's been sent to the new restaurant that used to be Lal mirchie, the new manager is okay but he doesn't look after us like... Eat here pretty often and the food is always fantastic. It's pretty small inside so might be a struggle for big groups. But defiantly would a try

We have eaten here a few times and it has always been nice (would have given 4 stars previously). We had the meal deal at 10.95 for 4 courses poppadoms, starters, curry with peshwari naan all good - especially the naan! We ordered chips as a side dish because they were gorgeous last time we visited but I was very... More

Sorry can't get the real Marris Pipper because when we buy the potatoes they says it Marris Pipper but when opens the bag it's something Els. So we're hoping to get the home made Chips in August sometime. Once again sorry for any inconvenient. The Indian palace More

Both this and the indian restaurant on the same road are in competition. Both offering meal deals at the same price. We went mid week and had the £9.99 4 courses. The place itself is tatty, and only has a 3* rating, but the food is always good. We had poppudoms, onion bhajis, chicken tikka starter. Chicken tikka Korai and... More

Small but adequate - no different from any other Indian restaurant tbh. Apart from the over attentive waiters, who constantly keep you under observation and irritatingly keep attempting to top up your drinks (i.e wine) or tempt you to buy more, which we found to be annoying. Also noticed the restaurant has only managed to achieve a 3* food rating
