Mother's Day Dinner at the Hatton Arms.

We booked to attend the fixed menu on the Sunday for Mother's Day Lunch. Upon arrival we were collected by the staff and taken to our table. The service was of a very high standard and the menu was outstanding. Four of us attended and each had a different starter and a different main course. All... read more

We went here for a winters walk. We sat in the bar and ordered fish and chips. Beer was nice, but all the food came from a box in the freezer. Now that isn't a problem, but the prices charged were too expensive for convenience food, I expected fresh food for these prices. Service nice and friendly but food is... More

Dear Weldon-LUFC I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your meal. I would like to bring up one point, all our food doesn't not come from a box in the freezer, our fish is freshly battered on site and our Chef works very hard to ensure that as many dishes as possible are homemade and fresh. Now we have been to the regular curry night( first Thursday of the month) and this was just as good. Hot starters with great homemade pickles and chutney with the pappdoms was followed by a... More

I love this rustic pub. It's a place I can go and be assured not just great service but one of the best Sunday lunches you'll ever eat. The roast beef is rib ~ by far the best and tastiest cut. Yorkshire pubs are like your granny used to make. Even the roast potatoes are semi-crispy. But the best part... More
