Good service recovery

Assuming that the restaurant makes good on paying for the dry cleaning necessary after they dropped a bowl of gravy on us, I'd say they recovered the situation pretty well. Our free meal was much appreciated, the lamb shank was very tasty but the Calzone with Mac and cheese was slightly odd. The... read more

We came here for dinner on a Thursday night having generally had good experiences in other F&B restaurants. Unfortunately, the Bracknell restaurant really let the rest of the chain down. Service was slow and the food itself was incredibly disappointing - I ordered a dish with chicken in it and when it arrived (in the dark, just as a birthday... More

We ate here as a family of 4 and were seated immediately. Staff were friendly and really good with the childen. However waits for the food took too long, esp with hungry bored children waiting, and when it did come out it really was nothing special, just an average meal i could have made myself at home. Its not the... More

After having a great game of bowling, 6 of us decided to grab some food here as it is easy and just next door. Starters were disgusting, garlic mushrooms were in a sea of some kindof watery cheese. We all had different mains, the pizzas were very bland and tasted of nothing?! Burger was plain but one dish was really... More

This was my first and last visit to Frankie & Benny's. Visited for lunch with some family and were seated straight away. Waited 20 minutes before our drink order was taken, then another long wait.. 25 minutes later I had to ask where our drinks were and they eventually came out. 25 minutes to pour 6 soft drinks?! The place... More

Visited here on Saturday, 4 adults and 2 children. The service was abysmal, took 25 minutes to get our first drink. Food was very overpriced for its mediocre taste and presentation. Dough balls over cooked, pizzas thin and floppy, staff totally disinterested. Would not visit here again if they paid us!!

7 of us went in for Saturday lunch. We had to wait some 45 minutes after ordering to get our first course (I'm glad we weren't going to a film). My swordfish was dry and chewy and my vegetables were sad and shrivelled looking. My friends daughter had a brownie that seemed to be welded to the dish (we couldn't... More

Friendly staff, but they do not keep their word (before ordering we've asked about waiting times, as we had movies starting in just under one hour). Unfortunately -- we couldn't finish our meals. Food was typical - loaded with sugar and fat. It's the american way. Serving sizes are generous. Staff was polite. This is your average F&B. If service... More

Visited on Saturday night, restaurant was very busy but went too bad after being told 20 mins for our table. Cocktails made with ice cream were delicious, we were seated after about 15 minutes, food was quick and tasty and service was polite and pleasant.
