Decent franchise

the food is average with decent deco and good service. Its a chain restaurant so dnt go with high expectations and try and ignore the loud music.

This was one of our favourite weekly haunts for a number of years until portion size reduction and ever rising prices drove us away. We returned for a 'second chance' after receiving a £10 discount voucher via Voucher Codes. Great new menu and same relaxed familiar ambiance but even the delicious new improved chicken and ribs couldn't counter the poor... More

My 6 year old chose this restaurant as a treat. We walked in on spec at 6.30 on a Saturday evening and managed to get the last table for 2. It was right by the servery so was quite warm but I can't complain about that as we tried our luck with the timing. The waiter was very helpful and... More

If you want breakfast that is good quality and reasonable price then Frankie;s is good. Better than Harvester chains and other like restaurants. However if you want something special then Fego's in Ascot High St is excellent

We visited on a weekday lunchtime, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy and were seated and served quickly. Our waiter informed us that there were no pizzas or breads on the menu today as their delivery had not arrived that morning, which was a bit of a disappointment. The food was fine, and came out promptly, the waiter was very friendly.... More

Stopped here on our way home after a day out. Poor waitress was rushed off her feet. So people were not being served quickly. And there were complaints about the food. We only had mains and and were here for nearly 2 hours. The food was good and my family all had pasta which was very nice. I love the... More

Took my niece here for a meal on a Thursday night and was very happy all round. Staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive and the food was lovely and great value as we also had a voucher.

I've been here a few times now and whilst it's not *great* food, it's a nice place and so kid friendly it's perfect for what it is. Breakfasts are about £5 and you get unlimited tea or coffee for a few quid so would definitely recommend for that. The menu itself has so much choice and if you go during... More
