We enjoyed the lovely delicacies served here. We were a group of 18, about 3 families and we ordered variety of dishes for all and not one complained about the quality and the taste of food. The only disappointment was that the service was slow for which the owner apologized in the end by informing us that one of the... More

this was our 2nd visit in as many weeks, you cannot fault the authentic indian cuisine. You could try many indian resaurants on the island but few if any will match this. The owner although lacking in friendliness makes up for it with his knowledge of the food and excellent memory,as he never writes the orders down.If only he looked as if... A week ago whilst on a short break to Malta with family we decided to eat Indian. The waiter took the order by trying to remember the numbers on the menu and didn't think it necessary to check the order before getting the food made. We were even charged for the chutney that accompanies the poppadums' and when requesting for... More

Visited this establishment whilst on holiday with my family, was a natural choice as was near to the hotel we were staying at and perfect as we wanted as spice kick (away from the surplus Italian food we had had). Restaurant ambiance was nice, well decorated and cosy and not like a museum as some Indian places can be on... More

We were going to go the another Indian restaurant but walked past this one and thought we would try this instead. The staff were polite and attentive. I had chicken kadai which was really nice. Husband opted for chicken jalfrezi. He usually eats vindaloo at home. This dish was hotter! We had to mix the two dishes together. The flavours... More

Very nice curry. We (as usual) ordered too much and struggled to finish it. The rice portions are generous and you may only need one between two. Good flavour to the curries and naan not greasy at all. The staff were pleasant and attentive, although the food to a little while to come so order starters.

Not easy to find on Dragonara Road, St. Julians, but well worth it. Food was gorgeous and inexpensive and staff very welcoming.

As vegetarians we always find it a challenge to obtain good quality meat-free food on holiday. Curry and pizza are usually the safest choices, and this Indian place did not disappoint. Ok so some of the dishes were a little fatty but they didn't scrimp on the taste factor. Dumplings with soft paneer and some amazing mushroom rice stood out... More

Been in malta for many years and tried several Indian restaurants...Shiva's was fantastic. Food was delicious with each individual curry dish looking and tasting very different. Fresh ingredients and superb Dahl and fluffy parathas. We had a young baby and they were very accommodating.. If you have a family, go early as it gets very busy and the restaurant is... More
