Oh my word! This place is quite possibly the best place I have eaten in the 10 days I have been here. The staff are so attentive, friendly, helpful and a great sense of humour and banter. Sat outside looking over the harbour so glad we spotted this just off the main road. The food was so tasty I would... More

After spending fifteen minutes in Cappi's without even sight of a menu, we got up and left, I think our leaving like our arrival went unnoticed. Anyway we gained, we found Paperoncino and had a lovely meal with great staff and service. I had the suckling pig which I would recommend. The building and the interior are beautiful.

Spotted this from the street near our hotel and after checking it out on here we booked. Great choice. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel special. We both had chicken dishes which were great and they do plenty of gluten free options and the creme brûlée was delicious. It was so good we are going back... More

This is the best restaurant that I e ver visited. I ate here several times on my trip to Malta. I never found a so good restaurant on my trips. Sometimes I'm here in Brasil wishing being in Malta only to have my dinner here. The staff is the best too!!!

Having found the existing reviews on Trip Advisor and realising that this restaurant was very near to our hotel, we felt we had to try it. We were not disappointed at all. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The fish and meat were brought to our table so we could choose, before they were cooked; later we watched as... More

After reading the previous reviews and seeing that Peperoncino had a Certificate of Excellence we had to go! First off - make sure you book. We were very lucky to get a table as it's quite a small restaurant. We arrived at 7.30pm and were seated in the upstairs 'cove' of the restaurant, which was a nice change as it... More

Me, my husband and a friend were just crossing the street when we saw peperoncino restaurant. It was a great surprise, we were really well treated and served. We order pig, octopus and suck dishes and everything was delicious. It's a great choice in Malta.

We had dinner here one evening and loved every minute of it. The staff were among the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a restaurant and they went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our evening. My wife and I both had three courses and enjoyed every one, with the chocolate pyramid filled... More
