Great sea urchin pasta

Had the sea urchin pasta which was awesome- as if I was tasting the sea!! Boyfriend had potato ham soup and the suckling pig. Soup was good and I thought his pork was pretty tender but he thought it was slightly dry. The service was superb, best service in Malta. They opened late too, walked in at... read more

This is the Taak family and would like to say a huge thank you to a brilliant staff who delivered quality customer service and food was delicious. The amount we paid was worth every penny, it was my sons 19th birthday and there was 4 of us in total and they looked after us very well. Bernard the manager is... More

Thanks to previous reviewers ! This was the place I decided to take my wife for her birthday. It exceeded our expectations. It looks very much like a family-run establishment (it certainly feels that way anyway, given the attention we - and all other guests - were given). Select your own freshly caught fish and have it the way you... More

We came here on a Saturday night in late February, it was pretty full and we had pre-booked. The welcome and service was excellent. Our starters included the whitebait, it was probably the best whitebait we have ever had! The presentation was lovely and there was plenty to eat. Our mains were equally delicious, I had the Peperoncino chicken special,... More

We ate here on our second night in Malta. Initially at 830pm on a friday night here was just us and another couple but within 30 mins the place was full. The food is superb but a word of caution the starters are big - so share. That said the main course was excellent and you just must have Maltese... More

I Have eaten several dinners at Peperoncino Restaurant during my two trips to Malta. The food and service is five star. I met on of the servers in the Executive Lounge at the Hilton. Many of the guest who stay at the Hilton end up having a dinner at this restaurant.

I found this restaurant from Trip Advisor and decided to book two seats for Valentine's Day dinner. The food was exquisite and all of the staff were very cooperating and kept checking if everything was fine. I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to my friends. Will visit this restaurant again for sure.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. We were here on New Year's Eve, even though the place was busy service was attentive and unhurried. Loved the food and wine selections. On the stroke of midnight we shared local liqueurs with the staff and parted as friends. Would absolutely visit here again.

Great service from start to finish. Super menu of locally sourced food and drinks. Beautiful location. Quite small so book table to avoid disappointment.

the best meal so far in St Julian's. We have been here a week and this is the most friendly and welcoming restaurant so far. Great attentive service, and home made fig ice cream to die for!
