One of the nicest meals my daughter and I have ever eaten. The food was lovely, well cooked, well presented and not expensive at all. The staff were pleasant and the dark haired lady who took our order was really nice and interested in what we were doing etc. We will definatley recommend here and also we will go there... More

This place looks great from the outside, unfortunately I can't recommend it. They didn't have half the menu (awaiting delivery, no pasta? In the city centre?) and could only offer my 2 year old frozen stuff with chips. The high chair is ripped and filthy, with straps caked in old food. The club sandwich had clearly been microwaved rather than... More

Cafe Roco? More like Cafe Roco of Romance. I was served a beautiful lassie named 'Chloe' in my opinion she should become manager due to having stunning looks and such a vibrant personality especially due to her working conditions. I loved the embridoiry work on her shirt in orange it set off the ambience of the place. She lit up... More

We've been here a few times because I really WANT to like it. It looks cosy, the decor and atmosphere are nice. Unfortunately the over-priced, poor quality food and coffee let it down... and what other reason would you be here? My other half ordered a latte... they brought him a filter coffee. He pointed out their mistake, they took... More

Visited today and ordered an overpriced toasted teacake with coffee. Was disgusted to find a long blonde hair in the food. When i complained there was no apology from the manager, I just overheard her say 'can someone take another teacake to that fella'. Also, staff handling food were wearing jewellery and had long hair which was not covered. I'd... More

Visited this cafe yesterday as it is a nice place and food is usually pretty good. I ordered a tuna melt panini and a white coffee, both average and it cost me £6.10! My friend ordered a plain cheese toastie and a latte and that set he's back £5.85. Now I don't mind paying a little extra for good food but... More

Myself and a friend called in for a coffee. We both had babies in prams and you often struggle to find somewhere child friendly with space for the prams but this was no problem and there were a couple of other groups of mums with kids in. There were high chairs available and I found it one of the most... More

My family and I when to this cafe as I've also heard good reviews of it. On this occasion and the only time I will be having anything here as it was quite bad. Massive portions by the way and the range of food was good but when my meal came out it was stone cold. When looking into the... More
