Was ok, nothing special or amazing.wasn't bad either to be fair. Bottles of cobra were very small for £3 a go, 5 adults & a child £120 - not too bad. I had the madras and it was weak in my opinion, daughter & wife had the pathia which they said was nice. Son had the chicken bhuna & he... More

Great food, generous portion sizes and reasonably priced. Lots of room inside, the tables are huge so can accommodate large groups of people.

Ate here last night with friends & once again can't fault it! Had a Living Social voucher & could only order from main menu but we were all impressed! One of the best Indian restaurants in the north east for sure 😃

Really lovely Indian food, with plenty of choices available. The special offer menu which includes a started and main with rice for a set price is very good value - only problem was I couldn't eat it all! No room left!

Regular visitor to Midnight Moon being one of the better Indian restaurants in the area. The service is professional, polite and accommodating. The food is the perfect blend of flavour and spice which can be varied without issue depending on personal taste. We only book if the party is large. Without a reservation we are always seated quickly or offered... More

I went there with two friends, the starters and main courses were excellent, we all agreed that it was the best meal eating out for quite a while. We ordered a bottle of the red house wine, a Spanish full bodied wine that was very nice so we ordered another bottle, when the second bottle arrived it was in a bottle... More

We usually go to the Bengal Dream but it was closed for a refit so we paid our first visit to the Midnight Moon. We were disappointed that they don't do Cobra or Kingfisher on draft. We ordered two small bottles (£2.95 each) and a glass of white wine. We all had the £9.99 four course special. (Three girls on... More

I visited the midnight moon last night (Saturday night) with my partner for the first time. The restaurant it's self has a very nice warm feel and the staff are very friendly and polite. For our starters we both got the classic king prawn on puree, it was excellent with indulging flavours accompanied with a soft puri. For our main... More
