On our last day in the park we didn't bring lunch so decided to eat here (near to Big Thunder Mountain). We ordered BBQ chicken and chips and it was delicious. Considering I had something similar at the Rainforest Cafe two nights previous I considered this better! It was piping hot and very tasty.

I had a very nice time here having burger and french fries. I particularly liked the entertainment when a band started playing and singing country-music from the stage. Food is plain, but it was ok for a burger. Nothing special, except the atmosphere.

Stopped here last day of visit before heading off for the ferry.Bought two meals ribs and chicken nugget deals they fed four of us 2 adults 2 children (Did have hotel breakfast late).Ribs come in BBQ sauce but melt in the mouth. Staff good too and not much of a wait.Wish we had found it earlier.

Ate lunch here on our last day. Went for one of the meal combo's - angus burger, fries, brownie and drink for about 13.90 Euro. Service was very friendly and quick. We all enjoyed our meal, the burger was very tasty as was the brownie. Live music was playing when we entered and the atmosphere was great. There were several... More

We only had drinks here, so can't comment on the food. However, the country and western band that play though out the day are great and well worth paying 3 euros per coke just to enjoy hearing them play!!

Have eaten here twice, once in August 2008 and once September 2012. In the August a few years ago it was just a counter service eatery. The food was lovely and everyone in the party was more than happy with the food. It was reasonably priced and despite how enormously busy it was we didn't have to wait long to... More

We visited as a family as a lot of the other restaurants close by were closed. We went early and there wasn't a queue, but the service was so slow. It took about 20 minutes to get our food (it is counter service!) and there were only about 4 people infront of us in the queue. By the time we... More

Location: Far end of Frontierland Our rating: Huge capacity but often crowded as it sits between a theatre and two of the most popular rides in the park, Indiana Jones and Big Thunder. Looking distinctly ramshackle and about to fall down, this 1890s barn like structure houses Frontierland's biggest eatery. So long as you don't mind barbecue sauce flavour with... More

We visited Cowboy Cookout Barbecue on our first day in DLP and were pleasantly surprised. We visited late afternoon and didn't have to queue to enter the restaurant. We were served quickly. The burgers and wedges were lovely as were the brownies. For 2 adults and a 4 year old we paid around 35 Euros for 2 courses and a... More
