Yo-ho Yo-ho a Pirate Meal for Me!

We had dinner booked here, which I was looking forward to as remember seeing it previously in a visit during our ride on the POTC attraction and thought it looked so well themed. We got in and were quickly seated, unfortunately not right at the waters edge, but decent enough. The place wasn't... read more

When you enter a pirates cave you expect it to dark and adventurous and i was not disappointed. The looks of the restaurant filled every expectation. The food however was dissapointing. Not only the exagerated prices ( hey you are in disney) but especially the quality. The fish was completely dried out as well as the chicken. If your child... More

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely staff, really tasty food but unfortunately the food was cold, and because the staff were rushed off their feet there was no one to complain to until we had finished eating. I went a couple of years ago and everything was perfect, so it was a shame it wasn't as good as last time. I still had... More

The idea is interesting... you enter The Blue Lagoon which is not bright, but quite a dark room with sights to the "Pirates of the Caribbean" experience in the same house (we are in Disneyland). You have a feeling of being welcome, the service is friendly and actually nice, but the problem here is the same as so many of... More

After getting sick of eating hot dogs and burgers, we decided to try blue lagoon. I ordered a prawn with ginger starter, which was a prawn cocktail, my daughter had the fish soup, which was lukewarm. Next I had the carribean chicken, which was over cooked chicken breast, served with a mild sauce and rice, again food not hot, my... More

It is the beat restaurant in the park... It does have a great atmosphere, just a pity the dishes don't live up to the flavor such a place calls for. The food is OK, just no special about it. Example, crab meat served on slices of apple with no special sauce instead of adding a little flavor with seasoning and... More

No flavor in the food. The soup for sure came from a can. The fish fillet was frozen and didn't looked or tasted fresh. The desserts were mainly cream. For the price it deserved more quality!

A beautifully decorated restaurant, very romantic. You would not believe how quiet it is considering the Pirates of the Caribbean ride runs through it. Book a table in advance. I can't recommend this enough. Try the Lobster!!!!!

Food is poor quality and tasteless. We asked to move to a vacated table next to us which was next to the water just after we ordered our drinks. This did not please our waiter! He went off in a huff, and 10 minutes later a manager came to explain that on that table we would have a different waiter... More

Blue Lagoon has an excellent location with the boats from the Pirates of the Caribbean floating by as you dine. The service was pleasant, but the room was warm and slightly uncomfortable. We had the plus meal plan, and ordered the Catch of the Day, pollock. It had no taste, was full of bones, and not served hot. I will... More
