Description: Mortons is a refreshing café, bar and restaurant in Solihull cleverly designed to incorporate relaxed drinking and dining in one light and welcoming space. You can even dine alfresco on the tree-shaded terrace - all day every day. Located at Dickens Heath, Solihull and convenient for Shirley, our doors are open from 10am so that patrons can start the day with a delicious latte or energizing espresso, then move on to our famous brunch. Available till noon, our brunch menu offers a range of mouth-watering breakfasts such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or a traditional Mortons fry up. We also tempt our customers with fabulous handmade cakes on display at the bar and Monday to Friday 10 til 12 our teas and coffees come with complimentary toast. Champagne brunch - Simply our favourite way to start the day. With our sandwich menu available all day and our wonderful restaurant menu available 12pm – 3pm for lunch and 6pm – 9pm Monday to Saturday it’s no wonder we are well-known locally as the place to go for great food and a comprehensive selection of wines and beers. The mood changes on Sunday when it becomes obvious that Mortons has quite a following as a neighbourhood sanctuary. Read the papers and re-charge the batteries over a late breakfast or cappuccino and then indulge in a spectacular roast lunch. Mortons excels at slow cooked and spit-roasted meat with all the traditional accompaniments. What could be better? Its not just the food which is impressive, with its chunky cowhide sofas, imposing drift wood art and quirky modern style it’s easy to see why Mortons is everyone’s favourite. We strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where genuinely wonderful food is available seven days a week at affordable prices. Our extensive and imaginative menu is freshly prepared on site in the open kitchen and served to you by our friendly and efficient staff. Why aren’t you there yet!?

We came last Friday night had a table booked of nearly 30 of us.. We normally dine at a place closer to where we stay but ventured to Mortons that night. We are all glad we did, the food was delicious, and the service couldn't be faulted. Seemed a very popular place. Will definitely be coming back.

Had breakfast with some girlfriends this morning & was utterly disappointed. When the doors opened at 10, 3 or 4 staff just looked on as we waited for a welcome but got nothing before having to ask for menus and go inside to collect them. We then had to go back inside to place our order as no one seemed... More

This is a great place to have Sunday breakfast with the papers. The choice was good and staff even varied my choice to accommodate dietary issues. You are not rushed and food was good. The place itself is always well turned out as are the staff.

A large group of us went to celebrate a family Birthday.... The bar is nice with a nice outdoor seating to the front, however we felt that we have been to many restaurants that are similar if not better.... The starters were nice we had chilli beef tortillas, the main for me was nothing special & not very hot, resulting... More

We visit Mortons often for lunch or dinner. It is by some margin the best place to dine in this area. Staff are friendly and attentive. The food is excellent from a menu that should meet most tastes. The popularity of this establishment speaks for itself. Anne & Colin T

I had lunch here a month back with my 1 year old and other half. The staff were all friendly and service was great. The food was delicious! their menu is quite varied without being over whelming and the food came in a timely manner , but not so quick that you wonder if it was ready made. The atmosphere... More

Extensive menu, very busy but lots of staff and staff very helpful. Fish was great, good selection for vegetarians. Quite noisy but we coped. The restaurant seemed to have lots of people of all ages from grandparents to grandchildren, dogs and their owners and large groups of friends so they must be doing something right - would happily visit again.
