The juices were really nice and good price. The food was nothing special. We ordered some local food but the chicken was cold and the noodles were a bit too 'el dente'

I always qualify my comments by reminding readers that there's little in the way of fine dining in Kuta or most towns in Indonesia. Sunset Cafe is similar to all the rest. We enjoyed our meals, especially chicken a la sunset. It was reasonably priced, the drinks were cold and the service was good. Worth a visit.

While in Kuta, Lombok you must have dinner here. We have ate here 2 times already and both times it was excellent. The staff is very friendly and the owner used to be a chef at one of the local 5 star resorts. It definitely shows in the quality of the food. Most menu items range between 25,000 and 45,000.... This is my first night in Lombok and we rode past this place by chance. The music was drifting across the road and there was a smell of fresh herbs and garlic in the air. There was an Italian couple from Bologna checking the menu who told us their Spanish friends had recommended the place so we took a punt.... More

Clean with friendly staff. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Much better than other well renowned Warung's on the beach. You can buy a bottle of wine from the little store close by for AUD $18.00 and enjoy it with your meal. There is no corkage

The staff is really friendly and always available to explain the menu and the specials of the day. May be the menu doesn't offer a great variety however whatever you choose it is always great value. Ask for the specials of the day!
